Absolutely loved it scones were home made and gorgeous. The sandwiches were also freshly made. the overall experience was elevated by the manager, who worked alone and did everything, even washed up in his yellow marigolds! he was friendly , polite and very accommodating. Great value and I will definitely go back

The best strawberry jam I've ever had in my life lives here. Came with my aunt in 2017 and I still think about this place all the time. Wonderful service, amazing eats, and lovely, cozy atmosphere.

That Little Tea Shop was a fantastic experience. Ince took amazing care of everybody in the shop, and honestly truly made us feel like we were at home in the cozy little cafe while it was raining outside. We ordered the eggs (1 poached, 1 scrambled) on toast, with a slice of cheese added, and it was AMAZING. My partner and I also had a sausage roll and hot chocolate, and a brownie, all fantastic.
Pay Ince a visit, you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic tea house! Very cozy and with a vintage vibe. The coffee and walnuts cake was delicious, and so the cheesecake! Great coffee and hot chocolate too. They were very friendly fast and knowledgeable

When visiting this place yesterday I had the cream tea. It was lovely. The scone was fresh and I was given a generous amount of jam and cream to go with it. The service was great and we felt that the staff really cared about us and if we were happy with everything.

Cutest vintage tea shop! Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the Cream Tea: a scone with clotted cream & jam. The Orange Darjeerling tea was delicious.

Came here on my birthday on a Monday afternoon. Had afternoon tea for 3 which cost £25, this included a sandwich and scone per person with a tea pot to share. Unfortunately, in the first quarter of my sandwich I found 2 hairs (none of the staff were wearing hair nets while preparing the food). When I had explained this to the girl working, she offered to give me a refund for my food, she offered me £2 off the £25 bill! I tried to explain this was not fair but she insisted she could not re sell the food so that was all she was going to offer me! A sandwich on the menu was £5 at least, so I was not even refunded the price of my hairy sandwhich! Absolutely appalled with this service. The girl was not friendly once I had pointed out the hairs in my sandwich, completely rude and unprofessional. Not a nice start to my birthday. Would not recommend.

Lovely spot for a cup of tea and a bit of crumpet. We found it thanks to a word of mouth recommendation from a local who we asked. They were kind to our dog as we sat outside and had our snack. A lively area and a nice stop off.

A very nicely decorated tea/coffee/cake cafe. Nice variety of cakes and drinks.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, however one member of staff was quite hopeless. Very slow bringing out scone ordered. Also milk for tea in jug had cake crumbs in it.

The scones were lovely and it's a nice place to eat but the service is terrible. Not sure if we were here on a bad day but I had to go up and ask for a lot of things that should have been checked on... like our order...the milk for the tea we bought...a second order etc. The staff just hung out at the back of the cafe so it was very difficult to get their attention.
I just felt like we were bothering them and it was annoying them us being there/asking for and buying their things.
I'm sure it'd be better on another day but I was quite frustrated with it today.
Did actually give it 2 but have no given it 1 because the bill was in such a mess and there were 3 members of staff and about 4 tables.

poor staff.today my friend and i went the 2 members of staff could not cope; the kitchen was overloaded with washing up mess everywhere toilet filthy also the 2 members of staff were to young to be running the shop.my scone was not homemade it was stale not warm .i asked for green tea and got a teapot to serve 4 people it was bland watery. the staff looked tired unhappy they said the owners live in spain my suggestion would be to come back and treat your poor hard working staff alot better i felt so sorry for them .come back bring back to standard.

Cosa c'è di meglio di una cioccolata calda e una fetta di torta al termine di una gelida e ventosa giornata sul mare? Nulla, soprattutto se verrete in questo locale, piccino e nascosto nei meandri del centro di Brighton!
Abbiamo preso una cioccolata calda fumante e delle fette di torte saportissime e tipiche mai provate prima!
Lo consiglio vivamente per concedersi un caldo momento di relax e dolcezza!

Ce salon de thé, placé légèrement à l'écart dans une ruelle atypique offre réellement une expérience de tea time anglais. Il est possible d'être assis dans la ruelle avec des services à thé divers et variés. Ce salon de thé est réellement à croquer! Avec des gâteaux succulents, des portions généreuses et des employés très polis et à l'écoute, je conseille vivement ce salon de thé!

Un joli salon de thé et un personnel agréable.lieu propre et bien chauffé peut-être un peu trop chauffé. Une déco sympa.une vaisselle parfois ébréchée dommage.des prix corrects.des sandwichs(bons),des gâteaux, des œufs,des boissons chaudes ou froides.des scones réchauffés donc un peu secs dommage.des toilettes propres mais qui gagneraient à être rafraîchis.il ne faut pas être trop pressé. Tranquille dans ce sympathique salon de thé .
