We ordered our Elegant bi~fold shower door via Amazon and due to us assembling incorrectly as found the instructions a bit confusing (being a certain age) resulting in us snapping the hinges. We contacted Elegant via Amazon account and they were amazing replied within hours and after us sending photos of the damaged parts are going to replace them, can not fault this excellent customer service

DO NOT BUY We ordered two bi-fold doors the same make and model and they came different. An inch shorter and non-matching handles set at different heights. The explanation offered was they'd changed manufacturers and sent us an old and new model. Not helpful when its on fitting you see the misalignment. Asked for a simple solution of new handles became protracted in discussion which resulted in a £25 compensation offer for £200+ spend a ridiculous resolution and poor customer service. A resolution to exchange the door was offered but as this is now silicon sealed and fixed into the wall and requiring me to book at my own charge the bathroom fitter to return is unacceptable and inconvenient. I have sourced two handles which was within their capacity to do so. This review is well deserved and note what's in the picture may not be what you get.

Purchased a shower cubicle and it never arrived,
Excuse after excuse,Covid,Brexit,the van has broken down,3 weeks and it never arrived,so I cancelled and left negative feedback,they contacted me and offered a refund and £70 compensation if I remove feedback,
I did and have received nothing,con artist !

At the moment it is 1 star, same scenario as others sent loads of emails wanting to know when missing parts to shower enclosure are going to be delivered. Ordered in October it's now January and still having no luck. Got on chat who said they will email me. A day later still no email we are desperate for this to be rectified. Just a short email that isn't generated would help. Will post again with how I get on

Thieves , take your money and when there is a problem ,totally ignore. Shower door faulty seal ignored, shower cartridge faulty IGNORED. Less than year old. AFTERCARE NON EXISTANT. DO NOT USE. Order number 3669. If someone would like to contest my opinion. Not that anyone will .

I ordered back in november, items were dumped outside back door without notice or being informed. when i returned home from work i found the items were drenched - dripping wet. Contacted elegant to get this resolved and just kept on getting fobbed off and then they stopped replying completely. i have opened up a claim with paypal which they simply said post the items back to us at my expense which i am not preperred to do. In the future i will be taking my business elsewhere to a more customer friendly company.

Looking at recent reviews, it appears that I'm not alone in experiencing quite frankly, terrible customer service. I ordered a product approx £400 via amazon, with a lead time of 3-5 days delivery.
To cut a very long story short.. it took 3 attempts and nearly 2 weeks to have this delivered. Each time I had to chase Elegant when the product didn't turn up - they use an external courier who would text on the morning to advise a 7am-8pm delivery slot! First time, nothing turned up..no call/explanation, and when I emailed Elegant, they advised a loading issue at the courier, hence the stock was returned to them.. what does that even mean.
I insisted they use a different courier firm..again..another 3-5 days delivery time..guess what...another all day delivery slot.. nothing turns up.. no call etc..by this time I'm really starting to lose my patience. This product was ordered to finish off a bathroom install for 2 elderly relatives, one disabled..we have had to postpone other works on the bathroom until the product arrives...
A conservative estimate would be I've exchanged maybe 25 emails with this firm trying to get this situation resolved. Avoid this firm at all costs. Not normally one to write reviews, especially in these strange and busy times, but I felt compelled to do so...

3 weeks after delivery confirmed still awaiting item. 2 weeks to respond to an email, live chat is never open and phones never answered. The products look good in the pictures, however I'm not sure you ever actually get them. Avoid

Was sent a bathroom cabinet with shelves that don't fit.. I've emailed them, telling them that the shelves were to big and won't fit and they asked for a photo of the issue... Surely you need a photo to understand that the shelve is to big. I think I may have to contact my credit card company as they still haven't sent the recorrect items .

Any issues with the product and this company lets you down. Customer service is not good at all. My efforts to contact Elegant Showers fail. Emails not responded to, calls cut off, chat next to useless. And then you get the generic reply on here 'please provide us your order number so we can look into this further.' Like I haven't already several times.

I wish I saw some of these reviews before purchasing. I was sent an order with missing parts. I've tried contacting via email and recieved no response to date. Now stuck with a shower enclosure without the parts to complete the job. Even just an email response back at this point would be progress.

I ordered direct from the Elegant Showers website the ELEGANT 1000 x 900mm Reversible Sliding Corner Entry Shower Enclosure 6mm Tempered Glass Cubicle.
But on inspection the day after delivery, part SO2 is faulty.
I have tried to call numerous times, over numerous days with no answer, and have emailed them, again without reply.
There is no question that their products look good and can be purchased at reasonable cost direct from their website.
But there is simply no timely aftercare service should things go wrong, like it has for me.
I'm left in limbo with a faulty product and unable to get a reply, not even an acknowledgement from the company. They have left me high and dry, got my money, so want nothing more to do with me.
I regrettably have to now look at resolving this issue through a 3rd party.
Avoid at all costs if aftercare sales is important to you, because if the item is faulty you'll be stuck, and have to take other routes to claim your money back.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received, lies, excuses and broken promises!!!
I bought multiple items and had a two problems with a shower, a poor quality mixer and later a leaking riser.
If you have any issues they will tell you “the warehouse manager” says we can’t replace, You must keep pushing and ringing. I had to say I was elevating the issue with the mixer and have been promised a refund for the riser, after 5 calls and live chat. Still nothing.

Absolute disgrace. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Would never use again. Ordered an item and was told for 2 days they were having a problem with their system and they were chasing the delivery guys. Couldn't provide me with any details for a delivery date despite being a week since I ordered. Rude woman on the phone hung up on me when I said I couldn't hear her. This outfit is like a 1 man band with no experience in customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pay the extra with a reputable company.
As for replying 3 months later, do you not think I have taken my business elsewhere and your reply means absolutely nothing now??
