Don’t go to Dreams store in Acton on Sundays the staff Totally uninterested except Martin he was very helpful if it wasn’t for him i wouldn’t have purchased from dreams . The lady that worked there was very rude and unhelpful i almost walked out of the store because of her. Very bad attitude. Dreams should train their staff about customer care. They almost want you to walk back out the minute you walk in Very disappointed!!!! I will never go back again

Was helped by a brilliant salesman, Carlos. Originally was thinking about trying one of the 'bed in a box' sites. Carlos' knowledge and experience highlighted just how important physical stores and knowledgable sales staff are for purchases like a mattress.

Was helped very well by staff member Linda who was excellent - but when i was negotiating i was introduced to the manager Martin who almost looked down on me. He raised his voice at one point, accused me of pleading when talking about and prices and diverted his attention away towards a phone call - his other staff members could have taken. This is unfortunate as this was my first visit to dreams and even my 70 year old mother was quite embarrassed in regards to his behaviour. I would strongly urge Dreams to reconsider who they employ as managers - or train them better in customer service. They most definitely lost an easy £1,000 sale -

Amazing store ... Nice , Clean and very friendly yet professional ...very good quality products too.. Can't fault them .. don't believe any of bad reviews just visit once you be up for big positive surprise.. offered free drinks and pillows as a thank you ..nice to have parking at the back of store ... I'm not sure why all the negative reviews? I telephoned and went there and was greeted and shown around with courtesy by Lynda. Perhaps the negative reviews happened because it was very busy and there weren't enough staff there or the reviewer was in a hurry? I don't know but my experience was very good and I'd recommend this place. Good selection of beds, perhaps the linen section needs to be updated and expanded.

I went in to Dreams to purchase a bed for my mother and the woman who was the so called "manager" was very rude, eating while trying to speak to customers. Very unprofessional. Half the way through my purchase she answered her mobile to take a personal call, clearly it was a personal call as she was speaking negatively about other workers in the store. My suggestion is to hire new and more professional management. I will not be purchasing as I decided to go with their competitor. My money was obviously not worth the sale.

I was surprised to read some bad reviews.
I got few beds from same shop few years ago and was happy to return today to buy 2 more.
I found lady that was helping me , Saba, very professional and kind, explaining everything and showing me various beds.
I ended up buying entirely different (and more expensive) beds.
I agree that surrounding of the shop is not the most delightful, beeing next to motorway but service was great and I will be going back to that shop.

Very bad experience at this shop. At first staff were very helpful and poilte when trying to sell but after the sale was completed and I had to come back with return/refund issues the treatment received was completely different. The same staff/manager turned out to be rude and unhelpul. The same with customer services. I wish I could cancel the whole order.

I would never buy anything from dreams company. I bought two beds paid in full . I missed the delivery I did not hear them knocking the door. When I called them same day to rearrange they told me they allocated my beds to someone else, those two beds were the last in stock and I have to go back to the store to choose different beds.
I have waited 4 weeks for delivery of those beds. Now we sleeping on mattress on the floor because they do not want to deliver my beds.
They have weird policies which always goes against the customer. When I went to the acton shop to complain the staff were eating on the same disk they serving the customers. There was pieces of bread and food all over and I had to listen to staff who hardly speak any English while their mouth full.
Very rude and unprofessional company. Don't buy.

Horrible customer experience, ridicolous shipments methods (my mattress came squeezed in a Uber!!!) and very poor quality mattress. I will never buy again from these buffoons and I discourage everyone from trusting them.

Just poor. Customer car parking area looks like you will have your tyres stolen and your car keyed. Staff didn't seem to notice we were even in the store.
