The System Solutions team is THE BEST!
I spilled water on my laptop and only realised that in the evening...these guys really saved me and were so incredibly kind and supportive. Even though they were about to close they suggested to bring over my laptop so that there was a better chance to fix it in time. By the end of the following day they brought it back to life! I’m so grateful for how they dealt with the whole situation, not only with the greatest efficiency but also with such empathy and care. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommended :)

I had problems with my Mac book pro and went to a place to get it fixed, basically I got a very bad service.
Then I discovered system solutions.
And of course Karl.
He’s one of the nicest people I’ve met in London over my 8 years here.
The service and company is the best in London.
Had many an entertaining conversation with Karl which doesn’t really happen much these days.
So folks , I highly recommend system solutions for the service ,Online support , and advice from a business that I think has been going for over 20 years .

My 7-year old iMac had become terminally unresponsive. Dropped it off with these guys, who have given it a new lease of life. They cleaned out all the accumulated fluff, installed a new SSD drive and upgraded the OS, after thoroughly explaining it all to me. Professional and friendly service at a great price; you really can't ask for more!

I've just had my 2009 MacBook Pro refurbished by Karl at System Solutions in East Dulwich. It's like having a new computer!
Karl was very helpful in advising the best course of action and he carried out the work quickly and successfully at short notice before the bank holiday weekend.
I was particularly grateful for his wisdom and advice on clearing out needless files and software and also help in setting it up for my wife to become the primary user.
Karl's friendly and helpful manner gave me confidence to use System Solutions in the future and so I will be returning for any further Mac related issues. Thanks Karl.

I left my Mac for almost a month on System Solutions, after several phone calls and visits he informs me that he had no tools to solve the problem. He returns me the mac without fixing back the fan and with the admin password do not match with mine, even so I pay £ 35 in advance without receiving anything back. Sorry if you have a Mac DON"T LOOSE YOUR TIME THERE.

My Sony Vaio PC's hard drive had failed but Karl managed to recover most of my data and even suggested I install a SSD drive to improve its performance. The PC is still working even better than before and I am writing this two years after he repaired it! Highly recommended.
