Great store and petrol station with a good range of products instore. A very tricky location on a small site at a big junction with traffic lights, hard to get in and out of in a car depending on direction of travel. Best for locals.

Disappointed that the signs instruct that for safety you have to follow a set route and not across forecourt but cages and bins obstruct the "safe" route.

ATM outside along with the fuel pumps.
No car wash facilities.
A small shop area that they manage to pack an extremely large variety of groceries into. The selection is good and includes bakery and alcohol.
The downside is that it is very popular and the till queue often goes down one of the food aisles; this is confusing for new customers who randomly queue in other directions.
Usually 24 hour service bit Covid is apparently curtailing this luxury.
The good staff ring for assistance when the queue is increasing; just hope for observant staff when you shop. :)

Considering this is a petrol station, there is such a good selection of groceries.
Perfect if you want to walk to Dyke Road Park directly next it or walk down the hill towards Preston Park

It's a petrol station! Also has an air pump and water station so you can check and fill tyre pressure and top up your washer fluid, although it was covered in some idiots rubbish which had obviously been dumped from their car and had been flattened in that area. Not pleasant!

Over priced food and fule . Staff are to busy chatting with each other . To come and sever you on the till which ends up queue building up which ends with customers being frustrated it will never change dont bother going in

If collecting NECTAR points - don't fill up here - not a real Esso station. For the new NECTAR points for petrol arrangement since they left BP, it must be ESSO without a Tesco attached.
l fell for this twice and filled right up not realising. Annoyed. BP has a good points system.

The usual Tesco/Esso petrol station. Generally the cheapest petrol in the area. A good selection of items as expected. Can sometimes be very busy due to the local college. Sometimes difficult to exit due to being right on a junction with traffic lights

Common prices and a handy Tesco Express attached, but terrible entrance way and not enough room to pass other drivers at a pump who may be shopping and sometimes not even room to pull across the main road to get on the forecourt.
