Great Petrol station with very helpful staff! This has become my go-to station for fueling. I am greeted kindly by staff upon paying for fuel, notified for any offers they have in the shop and on one occasion the staff noticed my hands were full and came to open the door for me. The manager (Heman) served me once too - real friendly guy! It's a shame this only allows 5 stars because I would have given more!

Very overpriced compared to the shops around the area, although it's open 24 hours which is great. Day staff are nice, has some good alternative selections on some certain items. Night staff are lazy and unhelpful, have waited here for nearly 20 minutes without being answered. One time was stood waiting with others and knocking on the window for 15 minutes before the attendant appeared from behind a shelf. Could be great if night service was efficient.

Very overpriced for everything, however is good for milk, bread and eggs if running low. Staff are okay in the day, very rude and arrogant staff at night/early morning.

I am absolutely disgusted with the ten years experience i have of your company , my central heating has been broken for several months now , your gas operatives have taken away my thermostats for replacement twice and have never been seen again , i live in a sanctuary property namely 31 chapel street brighton , my central heating has been coming on and off by itself , the last call out was another no show . I would like to make a formal complaint and publicly say i have absolutely no confidence in your service

They don’t allow people to use the toilet
Although there is one and working but the horrible staffs day or night always say it’s out of order.
