Our IT expert left a few years ago and although we were already using Ingenio they really stepped up to the plate. They have a fantastic team who are all great to deal with and between them we haven't really come across anything that they couldn;t deal with. I couldn't recommend Ingenio highly enough.

The staff are always polite and helpful. Listening patiently when I try and explain the problem I might be experiencing with my computer. They can normally fix the problem straight away, but if they have are not able to, I always receive emails explaining what is happening. A very good team and excellent service.
