Good Guy Vapes is a great store for all your vaping needs. I've been coming to this place for years now and it help me get over cigarettes. On top of the great selection, the customer service provided by the staff especially my man Nik, is second to none. His energy and personality is great and he's very knowledgeable and passionate about the products that leave me with a sense of confidence when leaving the store. He takes time out of his day to keep his customers in the loop and offers great customer service. They have made a loyal customer out of me and wish them nothing but the best. I strongly suggest everyone to check them out .

I went there to go pick up charcoal for my hookah and I was turned away because my friend didnt have her ID. I had mine but she didnt have hers and they still wouldnt let me buy anything. I was soooooo disappointed and shocked. Btw we're in our mid 30s

Good products- BUT- you should have a sign on the door or something if you guys close early... 6pm on Friday and all lights on drove 30 minutes over the bridge called 4x no answer and still no answer or anyone at the door. Sad been coming to good guy vapes since their 1st store in jersey.... WASTE OF TIME

Went there to get a charger for my vape pen. Waited a while for the guy to come out. He gave me a defected charger. I went back to the store to exchange it for a better charger. The new charger worked once and then... it broke again. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. Not only that but my boyfriend went last week and the guy working there took his sweet time and had an attitude. Customer service is non existent and they sell defective chargers for vape pens. My boyfriend and I now go to the Tabbaco shop in airmont on 59. We got new chargers there.

I moved here from Boston and have made good guy vapes nanuet my vape shop. This is the only vape shop I go to because I enjoy the customer service here. Nikhil has been the man, the guy that I deal with all the time. In fact, if someone else is working I turn around and leave because he’s the only person I’ll buy from. If I ever have a problem or question, I go to Nikhil because he’s super easy to talk to and always has the solution or answer. I’ve never had a bad time when I’m in there. Music is always great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me make a very smart purchase when I was a newbie and very confused. Nick always remembers my name even if I've nkt been there in a while and he's extremely honest when you're buying stuff ..he doesn't just sell you things to gain commision.. he wants you to be happy with the products you purchase and he knows everything there is to know. PLUS he always has a smile on his face! Other shops took advantage of my lack of knowledge in the beginning and oversold me or had zero patience and seemed annoyed to break things down. Not here.. everyone at Good Guy loves vaping and shares their passion excitedly with their customers. This was the main reason I always returned afrer trying them out because a friend reccomended them who is a die hard loyal customer.
*They have a wide variety of liquid flavors and options from a lot of different companies. If you have a favorite they'll notify when it's back in stock.
*They always have different mg of nic available in each flavor.. When a lot of other places seem to only have mg of nic sections and I usually cant find my flavor in the nic I need.
*They stay up to date with the latest gear and they don't break your bank with pricing either. A lot of other shops have older mods or only carry specific companies like SMOK is the most common and they have a very slim selection if coils. GGV always has the latest mod and every coil option you can think of
* Their reward system blows the others out of the water. They don't just pop a hole in a paper business card. Theirs is electronic and it keeps track of every purchase you ever made which is helpful if you forget the name of the juice you loved months ago or don't remember the specifications of a coil you want to buy again. PLUS if you shop there enough.. you get all types of cool rewards. My friend got a FREE Aegis Legend mod and new tank from the points she collected.
*They're patient and honest. There's been plenty of times i was working with a tight budget.. I would tell Nick and he's always guided me on how to get the most for my money.
Point being.. I never settle at this shop. I never leave Good Guy dissapointed....Im always excited to try the new liquid I was reccomended or power up my new mod.

Nothing less than great service when I go to GGV in nanuet, especially when Nick is behind the counter. Through my years of vaping, I have never met a more humble, respectable, patience & cool employee in the vape community. I don’t normally post a review for a specific employee but Nick deserves a promotion as he keeps customers choosing to return to GGV in nanuet NY with his positive & charismatic attitude, instead of going to any of the other vape shops in the area. I, as well as everyone I know who Vapes, will be continuing to shop at GGV in nanuet as long as Nick is behind that counter.

Walking into the shop it was very clean and the music was perfect for the environment. The shop has a huge variety for the best prices around, they get my sales every week! I don’t know where I’d go get my smoke stuff if Good Guy Vapes wasn’t around! Nikhil was working and he was super helpful with getting me the products I needed, he very easy to talk to and doesn’t force anything upon you like other places! If you need a place to go then check them out because their full of Good Guys haha!

Worst Good Guy location! I live up the street and NEVER go to this location. Traveling around tristate area I’ve been to most of their other locations. Nanuet’s selection is by far the worst. If they have what you want I’d assume it’d be at good price because all other Good Guy locations have good pricing. Didn’t get to buy anything the one time I walked in because the sales person wouldn’t look up from the customer they were helping...after 10-15 min I just left.

The store is always chill and CLEAN! Nikhil helps me out when I'm here and always has the greatest recommendations! He actually got me to stray away from my go-to flavor (which is extremely difficult). But everytime I'm here I see him taking his time helping out every customer and everyone leaves satisfied with their purchase, including myself. Best vape shop around! Every single employee in the shop is knowledgeable about all of the products. Griffin and Brian build up relationships with the customers and get to know them. All products have prices on them and great prices at that. They have a huge selection of juices and hardware and they ALWAYS have stuff in stock. Won’t shop at any other shop!

Nick and Ariana are the best, so friendly and knowledgeable! Was having trouble with my SMOK 22 vape pen until Nick got me all straightened out and hooked me up with a different model. I couldn't be happier. They really care about customer satisfaction and do everything they can to make the experience a pleasant one. Their service is on point! It stoped working again. You should not sell suorin products. I went to different dealer and they recommended Orion x Q....u should not sell an item which can leak and destroy the battery...

This shop is amazing. First thing you’ll notice is the store is immaculate. The staff welcomes you as soon as you walk in and everything is displayed in a very appealing way, the prices are shown on everything and they are great prices. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, but they are not pushy in any way. After shopping here, I have no desire to shop anywhere else for my vaping needs. In fact, I’ve been enjoying vaping more then I ever have.
