This place is a small little smoke shop that does not seem to jack up the prices of the most popular items like other smoke shops I've been to in Manhattan. The guy behind the counter in the morning is a very friendly guy and remembers me when I come in.

It's somewhat a small shop, but for it's sir it has a decent selection. The prices aren't too terribly high, — for being in Midtown, that is — so, if you're like staying nearby, have a bit more extra money to spend, and want a smoking utensil/device quick, it's a rather good option.
Being a NYC resident, (& not one of the rich one's,) If I need a piece/accessory, I'd MUCH rather travel a bit further South down to the Astor St. Station, & walk to St. Marks Place.
Not only are they the lowest prices I've found (in Manhattan, Brooklyn, & the Bronx, that is: not familiar with Queens, or Staten Island,) -& you can even get it cheaper, if you haggle for price, - but the selection is MUCH larger, as you have MANY vendors to choose from.

I have a very young face and I was treated as a kid. I asked for a certain Cigar and I was casually gestured to the location of the cigars. When another patron came in the other person asked for help the time was completely different. My product was dropped on the counter instead of handed to me and I currently have two bags in my hand. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SHOP!!!! Customer service goes a long way and it's a shame I had to deal with that

They actually let you TEST the product ! Many thc oil cartridges are known to be defective by default especially the 710 Kingpen cartridges. These guys make sure its hitting properly and tell you the best pre-heat temps and will even set it up for you.
sidenote: pay the extra $5 and get the ooze pen with dial not just the button. I promise you will get soo much more hits with shorter pulls which= longer battery life.

I had great experience, thanks to my friend for recommending Midtown Smoke Shop and Vape. I needed a gift for my boy friend and didnt know what to buy. I didnt want something to expensive and was on a budget. The staff showed me many items, without making me feel insecure. In the end I got this beautiful lighter which works on battery. My boy friend loved it!!! he is also a fan now of Midtown Smoke Shop.

Pretty bad service. The guys are super greedy and lied to me on occasions. The older gentleman makes jokes and huggles with you. Withholds change. Overpriced too. And forget about asking for a refund. The place used to be a convenience store but now they phased out everything except "subdtance" because they make a killing on it. They give a hard time every time I show up because 1. I don't spent enough money there 2. They prefer new customers who aren't likely to come back. Because they don't want to deal with you, just want your money and send you off. Next one. These guys are from India and their customer service is likenitnis in India, I didn't feel like they uphold American business or customer service values.

Vape on Midtown, this is far one of the best spot to get your vaping accessories. They had MVP, MODS, Sigelei, God Mods, etc It was a very unusual I actually missed this spot. I was recommend from one of my friend since I love to vape and I cant thank her enough. They have top notch authentic devices for very reasonable price. These people are not afraid to open and explain how the mod works. They gave me alot of attention and explained every thing I needed to know. They also had amazing glass pieces, designer glass pipes, you can literally see the artwork in each pipe. Rare scientific glass work, illadelph, Macro, Micro, they simply got it all.
