Fast delivery.
Boxed came severely damaged from the top and completely open from the bottom. Unfortunately they couldn’t guarantee that boxes wouldn’t get “bashed” during transit.
It’s a shame because otherwise would’ve been a really pleasant experience.

Appalling delivery arrangement through APC. Popped out for a few minutes only to get a note saying that they had missed me and that I could collect from a depot 20 miles away, or telephone for a redelivery. Said to call Tendring Express but left no telephone number. Why??
I had to go online to get it then waited and waited for them to answer.
A recorded message stated that their staff would not take abuse from customers. Oh great!!
Eventually got through only to be told it could be any time next day but could not say when and that they would not leave anything behind without a signature and could not leave it with a neighbour.
Eventually calked Toolstop to complain. Have left it in their hands.
Still waiting for my plane.
UPDATE. Toolstop sorted this out and the plane was delivered 48 hours later. Also, happy with my purchase. I have upped my star rating from 1 to 3.

Very fast response and delivery. I even returned one item because i ordered it by mistake and no issues. I even won makita goodie bag that was send to me other day. Today i bought makita plunge router and i can confidentialy give them 5 star before i even recived my order.

Product and service fine but be aware you will be plagued with promotional emails every day thereafter if you purchase from them.
They acknowledge their daily screen shots have annoyance and nuisance value for many customers most of whom have better things to do than keep deleting them day after day. IF you need the same branded products and good service without this irritating after sales persistence bear in mind there are many other similar companies that have more consideration for customers than this one

Ordered a demolition hammer and some points/chisels for a super price. Was a delay on delivery due to courier issues but no fault of toolstop. Called to see what was going on and received top class service. On my doorstep the following day. Will definitely use them again

Beware Irish customers of import duty on goods from uk , delivery advertised as 67€ from dhl , but had to pay and additional 161€ directly to dhl to get my saw delivered , makes the saw very uncompetitively prices won’t be using this service again

I messed up and ordered a 110V tool instead of a 240V by accident. They were very accommodating and had the courier return it to them instead of having to sort out the return myself. Thanks for the great service!

I have just received my dewalt drills and i couldn't be more happy. Everything works and it was well packaged. I bought them through Amazon and was told they would arrive Wednesday, they actually turned up today (Tuesday) very swift delivery. I'll use toolstop again. Lee. Harrogate

Being a professional tradesman I only use the very best tools and equipment, so research is imperative to ensure genuine tools are purchased, especially with so many fakes out there on certain auction sites and large international companies with rain forest style names.

Excellent Service. Practically anyone can shift boxes, but when things go wrong, then you separate the professionals from the amateurs. When I had an issue, through no fault of Toolstop's , they dealt with it quickly in a very professional manner. Great service and good prices. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely shocking service! I ordered a 110v powerpod which turned up faulty. I was informed that it was a faulty product sent back two weeks prior from another customer which then got put back on the shelf so was sent out to me (you could see that it the box was taped and tried to re sell it). After calling up and letting them know they told me that another one would be sent out the following day (a Saturday) I stayed in all day and changed my plans to get the delivery as I needed it for site, nothing turned up and toolstops offices are close on weekends. The staff would only apologise and not even try to make things right so as far as I’m concerned they have been terrible! A massive inconvenience, very disappointing and shocking customer service!
I’ve used them before and never had any issues but this experience has shown me that the company really need to sort their systems out.
I won’t be using again!
