It's a builders merchants.! The staff are usually helpful, if they haven't got it then they can usually get it. Service levels have suffered slightly since the local council staff now use it, as they park everywhere and act like they own the place with no real rush about them. But generally a good merchants

After being ignored for 10 minutes waiting to be served by the two office staff we was told that our account was dormant and we had not used travis perkins for at least a year.
When we said we had used another branch recently but was told with a lot of attitude that we hadn't.
After all this she was using the wrong
