This was the second gardening service that I booked and it was as brilliant as ever. Both the gardeners were really great. They spruced up the garden , cleared up the leaves and the whole garden was neat and tidy. Awesome job by the gardening team . Courteous, polite and hardworking team of gardeners. Thanks

EDIT - poor quality job, but good customer service. After I posted the review, they offered me 1 hour complimentary gardening service, which I instead took a voucher that can be used throughout Fantastic Service. THE PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE BEEN CHASING ME BY EMAILS AND TEXTS FOR WEEKS UNTIL I EDIT MY "NEGATIVE" REVIEWS. YOU SHOULD STOP BOTHERING UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
We had two gardeners for three hours. We expected they would remove weeds as "weeding" was included in the service, but they just cut it down and weeds are now all growing back. I raised a complaint to the customer service and was told they don't manually remove weeds unless I pay additional, which was not explained at all when I was booking the service.
Moreover, they left the front garden bushes as in the photo, saying neighbour's side should be done by their own expenses. Most professional gardeners would rather advise customers to speak with neighbours to get access to their side of the garden in order to work on overhanging branches. Now uglier than before.
They claim my complaints would be solved within 48 hours. Obviously it hasn't happened over a week.

The guys were very efficient and courteous, and they did an excellent job trimming and tidying our front and back garden, as well as pressure-washing the pavement. When they were done, the gardens looked incredible.

Extremely unsatisfied with them! Booked services and got quote which covered a day of work and 25m2 of grass. On the day of the appointment the team informed that the garden measurements were not correct and remeasured the garden INCORRECTLY (they said it is 35m2 and it appeared 30m2 after we checked it the next day). Based on the incorrect data they sent another quote which was only £200 less than the previous one. The next day they came for 1 HOUR only and put 5m2 grass ONLY and left.We informed their office that they should not charge us that much as the team only worked for 1 h and the measurement were wrong so they used less materials. Guess what? The office manager informed that they will not decrease the price and that the team worked hard to finish the garden. I felt that we were scammed. I believe that it is a strategy to get some extra money. DO NOT recommend them!

It was my first time using Fantastic Gardeners and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The two men that came, were so polite and respectful. I can’t believe how well and quickly they sorted out my garden, it was immaculate and they did everything I asked for and more. I will definitely be using your services again, 100%!

Booked an appointment on their website for a garden survey. Received an automated confirmation email which said I would be contacted soon by the business. No one contacted me.
I called a day prior to the appointment to make sure it was still happening and was told nothing have been confirmed on their side and was offered another appointment. I was ensured someone will call back to confirm the new appointment.
Low and behold, no one ever called me back. Nothing was confirmed and no one showed up.
Utter waste of time.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Almost weeks ago I called and booked for someone to cut the edges of my front garden. I was very clear on my budget and description of my garden size.
The service was booked for the 26th March 21. On the 24th March in the evening I had a text message say they can't do the 26th March to rebook. I rebooked on the link they sent me for the 27th March 21. When the gardener arrived on the 27th March he was very unprofessional and rude. Also demanding more money stating that the job would take longer than agreed.
I told him not to di the work and I tried calling their office no answer. I connected with someone on their WhatsApp which they was not very helpful and they also ried to get me to keep the booking and spend more money even though I told them several times ti refund the payment they gave me a hassle before agreeing to action the refund.
I was told the info was passed on to their finance department to process and I should get a refund within 6 days.
I waited and checked my credit card account and noticed that they did not processed my refund inside they took additional money from mh account twice without mg knowledge .
I'm now in contact with my credit card company to try and get they money back as no service was received and the took additional payment from my credit card without my permission.

My neighbour hires Fantastic Gardeners, and every week they use a VERY loud Stihl leaf blower to clear a few leaves in a small garden. They don't care who they disturb (especially given many people are working from home during the pandemic) or the size of the garden. Myself and many surrounding neighbours are fed up of being disturbed by this leaf blower. They even blow leaves when it's raining for goodness sakes! Although some blame goes towards my neighbour, surely some quieter equipment and a different, non-electrical method for clearing wet leaves would be a more sensible and considerate option?!

Fantastic Gardeners transformed our garden which looks a thousand times better! They are trustworthy, hard at work and professional. I know they will be easy to reach and happy to help if we need any advice or garden support. I strongly recommend them especially for anyone who is too busy to keep on top of things on their own.

I contacted this company for a commercial quote and made the mistake of giving them my details, to which they then passed to another company.....
Ten plus emails and numerous phone calls from them the later, still no quote? I'm not sure what the game is but I've told them NOT to contact me again!
My advice, find someone else.

My neighbour recommended Fantastic Gardeners and they have done a very good service indeed. Krasi and Nasko were efficient, friendly and they did a fantastic job and just got on with the work needed. They both appeared very experienced in the work required and I am very pleased with end result. Will certainly use them again in future!

Our neighbors live in a rented house here in Orpington and I can only assume the actual owners or property managers contract Fantastic Services to maintain the garden. What maintaining entails is a couple of blokes waving a couple of leaf blowers over the same patch of bare grass for actual hours. Someone else has commented on the impact of having to listen to this drone due to working from home during the pandemic and whilst I tried to keep an open mind, after 9 months it's just too much. We're deep winter now, so there is literally no valid reason for this save to justify to whoever's paying the bill, why they're there. I obviously sound like a nosey neighbor with too much time but time at home is something a lot of us have been forced to have, so I've actually watched from my window as the contractors dither around the garden 'looking busy'. There's nothing fantastic about the service, because for the actual owner of the property it's a fantastic waste of money and for the neighbors it's a fantastic disturbance to listen to the blowers droning for hours, week in week out. Pretty sure this account will change nothing but hopefully anyone planning to use this service in Orpington specifically will think twice.

They're not real gardeners, just men with mechanical tools. No proper weeding took place, just cutting the weeds and splashing it all over my white walls.They didn't have any tools to prune my roses or trees even though this was included in my list of things to do. Considering the rate of £56 per hour for 2 men, I would expect a top- notch service. I would not recommend this company as it is not good value for money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DEFINITELY DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
After expressing concerns with paying in advance, the original agent we booked with assured us that they are a large company so paying upfront would be no issue, and that the work would defintiley be done to a high standard.
The work was rebooked once with barely any notice. Then they didnt show for the second slot!!
Have tried twice to speak to a customer service agent to arrange a refund but have just been fobbed off by reception and left on hold.
Dont waste your time or money.

The gardeners turned up on time. As well as very professional they were friendly. They assessed the size of my garden and informed me that they may need a bit more to finish the work. But in the end fortunately they finished cutting the grass within the specified time. I am very happy and 100% satisfied with their work.
I would definitely use them again.

Turned up on time and worked hard. Good service. In past we have had great gardening services but sometimes FS have cancelled. This year, perhaps because they are less busy and we are more 'flexible' about when we are in, we have had amazing services at very short notice from gardening, waste collection and handyman services.

The team of gardeners Fantastic Services sent over - Ivo and Vladi were truly fantastic. They arrived on time, worked well and quick and went over and beyond in their service, leaving the garden looking really lovely. Ivo had a 'Technician of the month' t-shirt on. On asking, he told me that he had been awarded that title for his work in the previous month by the company. I would certainly hope that he gets rewarded with that title yet again!
I've added two photos of the before and after condition of the garden. I would certainly recommend the gardening services from Fantastic Services.

We had the team from fantastic gardeners come this morning. The garden had not been touched for a few months and they did an exceptional job. Very hard working and clean. No short cuts and very thorough. They asked whether we wanted the hedges to be trimmed further. Arrived earlier than expected however they did a great job. Only downside was that they did not have black bin liners so I had to pop to Tesco and get some but other that that very happy.

I have had bad experiences of using other gardening services so I was apprehensive about booking Fantastic Services to clear my garden. However I have to say the team (Artur and Baciu) were truly fantastic.
They arrived promptly, were very polite and worked extremely hard in very hot weather. I had to make them stop working to have cold drinks!
They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them and Fantastic Services. I will be making regular bookings and will try out some of the other services on offer.

I asked for my ivy to be trimmed as I am about to put my property on the market. I booked Fantastic Gardeners in for 4pm on a Tuesday.as I was going to be home and wanted to oversee the work. I received a text to say they could come an hour earlier if I wanted, I didn`t as I wouldn`t be home. They came anyway and rather then trim the Ivy they pruned it right back. My property now looks a mess and I can`t put it on the market looking like how it now does now. I tried calling customer services all afternoon but have had no success in speaking to any one.
UPDATE: You will see I have had a response to my review but I have not received any contact from Fantastic Gardens or compensation for the damage they have done.
SECOND UPDATE: I have left THREE messages with these people over the last week and we have still not spoken. PLEASE AVOID FANTASTIC
GARDENERS AT ALL COSTS.
Fantastic gardeners have now GIVEN me a FULL REFUND which I appreciate. They offered a genuine apology too.
Update: The gardeners cut through my phone wire and I am having problems with my broadband. They did a bodge job of fixing the wires but now the problems are occurring

I had a horrible experience with the above company. First and foremost they make you pay for the service by taking your bank details before they do the job, but watch out if anything goes wrong withthe service.
This franchise sent 2 workmen with inadequate tools for the job who destroyed my hedge and left the job half done.
⁸Their communication with customers is terrible and do be careful because they are quick to take money from your account as they have your details from when you book a job with them.
I am still waiting for a refund of the horrific half done job they did.

The gardeners arrived on time and worked out the best use of their time. I am pleased with the way the bushes were trimmed, the weeding, removing ivy from the tree and the pressure washing. They went out of their way to tidy the weeds from the garage area. Great result. Thank you.
