Bless their heart. They are doing the lord's work. The building management at cosmopolitan drive decided I had time today to take a trip downtown. I even beat the tow driver there. Godspeed. A - tow gave me the opportunity to donate $195 to their cause. However its cash only since in god we trust, all others pay cash. Just take a look at all the charities they support.

My BMW broke down on the side of I 85 driving up from the airport. It was a very stressful situation sitting on the side of the expressway. We called nine towing companies and either it was going to be 2+ hours or they would not Tow in that area. Finally, I got A Tow on the phone and Dereck came to the rescue. He was there very quickly, was super polite and friendly. He provided excellent customer service overall!!! Would definitely recommend this company for your towing needs. Thanks for all your help!

Unorganized paperwork. Sent us looking around parking lot in wrong places. Took over an hour to get them to tell us where car was. It was not in row G, it was in row C. Additionally gate guy was rude, wasn't helpful, and actually said they don't make paperwork errors when indeed they did. Cost us alot of time and frustration. They could have been more helpful when they were the ones who made the mistake. They treat people very poorly. The gate guy was an arrogant jerk. They overcharge for everything they can. Worst customer service possible. Avoid this company if you can.

It’s 3:20 AM 4/10/21. My battery died and I’ve been stuck on the side of the road calling everyone available. A Tow was awesome and helpful but I did decline their services twice when they tried to help telling them someone else was on the way. The first time 511 HERO jumped us off. The second time it was a tow that would offer rides when A tow would not. I did not know A tow who told me it would be hours before they got to me we’re on their way so I didn’t call them off. When the tow truck got to me I informed him I had someone offering rides on the way and I would let them know if it didnt work he said ok just let us know he asked me to tell dispatch. I called dispatch and he said “well we already tried twice so hopefully whoever comes can help you cause we won’t try again and our driver said you were in a bad spot so you’ll probably need a block but good luck to you. Those were his exact words. I understand I’ve been difficult and inconvenient. I understand they were extremely busy tonight. I do not appreciate the lack of communication regarding the fact that they wouldn’t try after the 2nd time or the driver saying that we would need a block but didn’t tell me that when I said I would wait or dispatches attitude with “good luck to you”. The overall attitude was terrible I’m from out of town and this was completely unexpected and honestly traumatic. Would not recommend this company for those reasons.

A Tow Atlanta saved my friend’s car when it got stuck on a low curb. They were quick to have a truck sent out and help. Pricing was fair. The driver was efficient and open to suggestions for a low risk solution. Would highly recommend.

A Tow has great people working for them like Pierre, Nick and the teams in the office and outside of the office on the lot. I always use ATow for lock outs, when my mom lock her keys in the darn car! The prices are unbeatable! Had a quick a speedy pickup, the dispatcher was very clear and direct on the timing and whereabouts of the trucker. Great service.

Pro: Fully stocked vending machine. A+ social distancing, cashier behind plexiglass and everything. Landscaping was nice, groundskeeper clearly takes pride in their work.
Con: towed my car. demanded ransom.
Overall: there are better restaurants in the city.

This company is a scam!! We spent the day in Atlanta and our friend’s car got towed. The way A Tow handled the situation was so unprofessional and rude. Our friends were visiting from out of town and had a rental car. A Tow would not let them get their vehicle back, even with a rental agreement. They said they need the legal owner of the vehicle to get it back. We called several other tow companies and they said this was a technicality A Tow uses to keep the car longer and rack up storage fees. This company is a joke and a scam! The lady that works there is very rude and would hang up on us when calling with questions. I wish I could give a zero star. Beware of A Tow!

Awful experience with this company. It actually ruined our family vacation. We were in Atlanta for a dinner with friends while on vacation in Georgia. My husband had parked in a location on the street that showed no signs saying we couldn’t park there. There was also three other cars parked in the same location. We return from dinner and our rental car was gone! No signs of what towing company might have towed it. Lucky for us there was a police officer working near by that evening and was able to help us with the name of the Tow company. So what we thought would be a easy task to get our rental car back was anything but that. When my husband called A towing the lady was rude and when my husband was asking questions she hung up on him. So after so many calls on the phone with Alamo we were able to get the vin and license plate number to our rental. So we Ubered to the tow place where we were greeted with a lady who didn’t have any customer service skills what so ever. She was rude and said she was only releasing the rental if Alamo sent a letter head letter stating I could get the car. Our lease agreement and all the info showing I was in a lease agreement with Alamo wasn’t enough for her. We were flying out the next day so because of this we had to extend our trip two extra days to handle this . My husband asked if we could get my daughters school bag out of the car and she said no , no one is getting near the car. This all happened on a Friday . Come Monday Alamo sent their tow guy out to retrieve the car . They would not release the car to Alamo. They said they wanted a letter head from Alamo. Even though it was Alamo who sent the tow.I feel they knew they could keep this charade going and rack on the cost for us as long as they keep up with this letterhead policy. Warning do not give your business to this crooked company that has Terrible customer service. Give your business to a company who actually has good customer service and compassion . I think this company knew what they were doing seeing that our rental had out of State plates. Take your towing needs somewhere else.Give your business to good honest companies.

Was honestly the worst experience... my car was towed and not even complaining about the service I got because it wasn’t the best.. the communication was horrible which made me have to set time aside 3 times and visit their location.. and while my car was on their property a brand new box of Gucci shoes were taken from my trunk.. and I’ve emailed called and no one reaches out or even try to help.. it’s embarrassing to know you can’t trust a black business that’s been in this neighborhood for years.. black people we gotta do better man

Unscrupulous business practices. We had friends in town visiting us and their rental vehicle was towed for parking in a no parking zone. When they went to pick up the rental from A Tow they provided all the proper rental agreement documentation and A Tow would not release the vehicle. My friends were told they needed to provide a title to the vehicle or have letter faxed over from Alamo rental giving A Tow authorization to release the van to them. Completely unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Absolute low life employees.

I had a car accident and the police did not call a tow truck as they said they would which I found out after waiting for an hour and a half in the pouring rain. I called my insurance company and they enlisted A Tow to retrieve my vehicle. They said that the driver Antonio would be there in 30 minutes but to my pleasant surprise he arrived in 15! He was pleasant, professional, efficient and towed my vehicle with no problems.
His service exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again if I need a vehicle towed. Thanks A Tow and thank you Antonio!

I am a Georgia State student and my car insurance is not in my name. A tow would not let me take any possessions out of my car and the lady at the desk was quite rude. I had to jump through hops to get my car back. Also one of tires now has a quick leak in it which was not an issue before my car was towed.

I tried to use this towing company because my insurance company recommended them. Our car was in an accident and not drivable, so we called the tow company at 7:00 p.m. They said it would be an hour and a half because there was a major accident on Georgia 400 so we waited until 8:30, but still no tow truck. We called again - they said it would be within the hour but by 9:45 they had not shown up and hadn’t called us. We called one again and they said that they would be there within 50 minutes. By 11:30 p.m. no one was there. We called one more time and they said that the person who had been sent had been diverted to another wreck instead. So we waited four and a half hours and a tow truck never came. Not once did they call us and let us know of the delays. At that point we canceled and vowed never to use this company or recommend them again. We also called our insurance company and told them not to recommend this company anymore.

I’m not really sure why they have a 3 star because their service was EXCELLENT!!! JohnClaud was my driver. He was fast, efficient, and extremely nice!! He picked up the car and had it down in my tough to maneuver driveway before I could even arrive myself. It took 90mins to get a driver but that is what expected in Atlanta traffic in the rain. Definitely recommend A1!!

My car was obviously towed as soon as the accident happened. I had food left in my car that wasn’t there and money and a phone stolen out of my car. I saw how others had the same experience with stolen products. Plus i had to pay 195 for it to not even be there for 24 hours. I got there dude at the gate didn’t help me find my car so i was walking around for a good 30 mins before i even found it.

I have no clue why my car was towed from a place of business in which I was an invited guest. On top of that, I was charged $195 plus a fee to use a credit card. It's disappointing how people are taken advantage of by companies.

Don’t let them tow your car. I had to drive to their office to sign so that they could release it to my insurance. They do not take releases over the phone SO before going to their office

The person I dealt with at the desk/ reception area was extremely helpful and courteous. No-one likes to be in a situation where your car is towed and you have to pay to get it out but how you are treated during the process makes all the difference in the world. Kudos to the 2 females I made contact with who made a stressful situation better instead of worse.

To be such a large towing company in rotation for big city police calls, they operate as if they're in a small town. Get the ladies in the office some help so that they may work more effectively. Only one side of the facility is secured and parking is less than savory with tow drivers hanging out in the way to hold conversations.

I had a vehicle towed and instructed them multiple times to leave the key under the floor mat.
I arrive and see the truck and....assuming the key is under the floor mat...IT WASN'T......it is LOCKED.
I had to pay someone to come and unlock it, and now that I'm in, the key is nowhere to be found..? The company is still trying to "contact the driver"...shouldn't things like this be documented on notes at arrival?

Had a bit of a dilemma with my vehicle being impounded but the people at Atow are honest people who take their business seriously. Miss Porter who is CEO stepped in personally to correct our issue and make my experience more accommodating. I’d definitely hire them again considering the level of integrity in which they do business.
