I have been using Halfords for years and always found the service to be very good. On this occasion, the customer service was great. Carl was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the fault on my car and show the repairs that had been done. As I had previously been a customer needing new brakes on a different car I was able to benefit from the 'brakes for life scheme' which saved me money. Would definitely recommend.

I needed all 4 tyres replacing on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I use the car a lot for towing and wanted to be sure of getting the right good quality tyres. I spoke to Carl, Centre Manager, and he ordered a full set of Bridgstones the next day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He was also understanding and flexible when I had to delay my drop-off time a couple of times. During fitting, Carl explained everything clearly, and when I collected my car, walked me round it to make sure everything was okay. The Fitter I spoke to (Daniel) was really helpful too. Good experience ~ thanks.

Halfords saved my neck today. I very carelessly left my mot repairs to the last day. I wasn’t sure Halfords could fix a diagnosed electrical issue that the another mot garage Said it was. Not only did Halfords honestly tell me it wasn’t an electrical issue but minor bulb work, they fixed it at a reasonable cost. Carl and Gary were the guys that dealt with me. Both very professional and respectful to a female in a make environment.

MOT carried out today 12.04.21. Having booked it Sunday evening, though the scheduled time was a little inconvenient. Having called on my way to work, Karl kindly accommodate my request to reschedule earlier. I delivered the vehicle, felt comfortable in a male environment as all employees were friendly, polite and very professional. I would definitely be using them again. God job guys - keep up the great work, banter and stay safe.

First class service!! Took my car in for an MOT, and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Both front of house staff, and the mechanic, was helpful, happy to chat, and gave an all round excellent experience. After this visit, and the level of service given, it would be hard to take my car anywhere else. Well done to all at Huntingdon Street.

I went to Halfords on Huntingdon street in Nottingham for 4 new tyres. Carl the manager and is team was absolutely 5 star Carl told me it would take about an hour so I walked into the Victorian centre and had a look around in the shops then I got a text to say the car was ready so I returned to pick my car up . The team there very polite and from what I could see all of them was all busy doing things . Definitely recommend Halfords never used them before as I know them as cycle shops that’s showing my age . 5 star to the team

Friendly, informative, professional service with no jargon. Pointed out what I could repair without feeling I was pressured into spending loads of extra money unnecessarily - helpful staff who helped me make an informed choice. Have visited this Halfords Autocentre for three years now and I've had a consistently good experience. I trust them not to rip me off - and the car was ready when they said it was. Takes the stress out of annual service and MOT.

Quick and easy, had an appointment booked the next day for the issue I had with my car. I was impressed with how quickly I was be slotted in. The booking was straightforward and hassle free.
The only down side was when booking to have a wheel alignment- the website should reflect that all wheels need to be tested, as the guy in the garage informed me they can’t check one specific wheel, they check them all, so the cost of the job went up of course. But they offered a free tyre check at the time as well for all the wheels so I was happy overall.
The issue was resolved and I like that fact it’s electronic documents being sent to the booking email.
The location was a bit meh as it was right in the middle of a busy city centre so learning curve for me not to book at that specific garage.
The people were friendly and pleasant. Job was done fairly quickly.

I have been dealing with this branch of Halfords for more than 20 years and have never received anything less than excellent service. Proper measures were in place to comply with COVID10 regulations, and I was received with courtesy and respect as usual. Leaving my vehicle with the reception staff member, I was able togo about my shopping. After just a little more than one hour I was contacted by the staff member and advised that the work had been completed satisfactorily, and that I could collect the vehicle as soon as I was able. This I did 15 minutes later with all the documentation completed and in a folder. Excellent work again Halfords and my grateful thanks to you all in the branch.

I quickly got an appointment for a full service and MOT and we were kept informed as to necessary work and work to be done in the future. I wasn’t put under any pressure. I felt the price was fair too.
The service was excellent and Matt at the Huntingdon Street branch in Nottingham is always friendly and accommodating. I have felt confident with the work they have carried out and I will be back in the future.

DO NOT USE!!!!!
Paid £1600 for a dpf on a ford kuga four years ago yet all they did was clean it. HAVE all paper work to prove this yet was NEVER carried out. Halfrauds now say nothing they can do as have no paperwork them selfs....yet WE HAVE!
We have been to ford and they have confirmed the the part is still factory fitted original part yet halfrauds still will not do anything about this.
Have contacted halfrauds over this numerous times over the last 4 weeks yet they do not want to know.
This has been a scam at its finest.
We are now in talks with trading standards and maybe even the police due to fraud taking place.
I repeat stay clear of this garage.

Quick and effective for an mot. If your car passes this is a cheap option if not then can become expensive quickly.
It has a variety of price options for the various services all at competitive prices and the quality of work done is upto expected or a good standard.
Downside is the entry and exit of huntingdon Street at peak times is a bit of a nightmare but outside of this is fairly simple.
