I needed drinks for Saturday party. On Wednesday morning I have placed order and I have paid for a next day delivery postage.
On Thursday morning nothing arrived so I have sent email to customer service and ask them if I they will be able to deliver it till Saturday, if not I wanted to cancel my order.
No response, on Friday I have received email that my order has been dispatched and will arrive on Monday.
It was my first time order from them and for sure it was my last time.
I would not recommend to buy from this company.

i have used bringmedrink a few times now... never had a problem with no delivery always kept up to date with how the order is going I.E in despatch or delivery only thing is when ordering multiple items each order you get a delivery charge so 2 items ordered 2 delivery charges

I came across this company while googling and after browsing the website i decided to purchase 24 cans of frosty jacks cider of a price about £20. Plus £5.99 delivery. Even with the added delivery charge it was still a lot cheaper than the £1.15 per can by the work and around the corner wanted £1.45 per can. I would definitely purchase again.

This company is a joke. Service 0/10. I ordered a present for my father's birthday and spent a hefty amount on 2 bottles of 18 and 12 year old whiskey. I ordered well in advance and received no emails from them and bare in mind that I tried every platform of contacting them. Facebook, emails, phone calls and through their website....no replies. The order that was eventually delivered was the wrong items and so I tried to contacted them again. It took several days for them to get back to me with a very badly written email. I was promised the next day delivery which was on the day of the party. It came the following Monday. I'm guessing they sent it due to mehaving sent an email where I said I would take legal action. My suggestion: Stay away from this ridiculously appalling company. If I could give minus stars then I would.

Ordered four crates of dragon soop for my mates birthday but only received three and a crate of Carlsberg (which he doesn’t drink). Have been trying for the past two weeks to contact them for a swap or refund but neither of the forms, Instagram messages or phone calls have been met with a response. Avoid and shop elsewhere.
