I was meant to receive a gift from Distillers Direct over the weekend, completely unbeknownst to me there was an issue with a courier and I received nothing.
I was called and told about this, with a solution for this problem today by Anna a representative of the company.
Never in my life have I had such a genuinely honest and lovely call from a company I know nothing about - genuinely the best customer service I have ever received. How often do you actually feel good after getting a call from an unrecognised number?!
I will now be using Distillers direct, PURELY because of my call from Anna today.
Promote that lady please.

I have been ordering from this company for a couple of years now and their service is in my opinion superb. Not once have any of the products/bottles been damaged or broken as the pa kaging and protection for expensive bottles is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company, fast delivery and great prices. Obviously a bit worried buying glass bottles with the state of some delivery companies ???? but well wrapped and secure in a box.
The little hand written thank you note and chocolate was a great extra touch. Will definitely be using again.

So these guys waited until the close of business on 23rd December to inform me of “low stock” - enquiring if my order could wait until after Christmas. I promptly replied - informing them that it was intended as a Christmas gift and that I had paid extra for faster delivery. Christmas Eve (the day of expected delivery) I then receive another email telling me that they can’t fulfil my order. Keep up the great work guys! ????????

Fantastic service from start to finish. I ordered a Two Birds vodka set for my Mums birthday and stupidly put the delivery address as my old address! I contacted Distillers Direct immediately and a lovely man called Jamie rectified this for me. My parcel came within 2 days which is brilliant. I even got milk chocolates and a little thank you note with it which is such a lovely touch. Would 100% order from them again.

I was looking for a specific flavoured gin for my girl friend's birthday and struggled to find any place that 1) sold it in the first place, and 2) sold it for a decent price. I came across Distillers direct by chance and found the price to be great and the selection plentiful. Once I ordered it came within days. It was incredibly secure to ensure the bottles safety, and even contained a message saying tha k you from Anna and Craig (along with some orange chocolate which went down a treat). Honestly cannot recommend enough and will be using for other alcohol related purchases.

Best price I could find for LaGavulin 16 years old, I ended up buying two because at this price it was basically like an investment, so I even got the free delivery. And despite being the free delivery option it still arrived by courier less than two days from placing the order, with great packaging and a signed thank you note!

Bottle of el Jimador just arrived in post. Just rgetting into tequila and bought Sierra mistakenly. Not a problem because I need to de-rust some old tools. Checked reviews and el Jim looked better but couldn't find in any shops. DD sold it for pretty much same price incl postage. Arrived just now very well packed and with a nice mini-choc and message from Anna and Craig. The website reviews were helpful. Margaritas this eveninh in the garden.....
