I have an Airbnb let in Brighton and my guests messaged me on a cold February Sunday night 9pm: heaters/ hot water not working. My regular handyman was not available so I did a frantic search of emergency plumbers and was stuck by the five star reviews of Max and Icon Plumbing and Heating LTD and his fast immediate response. I messaged begging him for emergency help, he responded within 10 minutes on a Sunday night and showed up early next morning and got the heat and hot water running for my guests. This was the most stress free affordable heroic efforts from any plumber I've ever had.

Contacted Max regarding a new bathroom I wanted fitting to my house. He gave me an estimate which was spot on, he turned up on-time and was very polite/respectful. The work was completed with no issues whatsoever, all very smooth process and Max kept me updated with his progress daily. After attempting to fix a leak myself and lift cracked floor tiles I ended up doing more damage...... cracking toilet cistern and vanity basin!!! Way out of depth.
Max from icon was a highly professional tradesman offering honest fees to fix multiple leaking pipes and refitted a new toilet, vanity basin and new bath
I’m over the moon with my newly fitted bathroom.

I called this company, when my boiler was not working and could not be happier with the service I received.
The guy I spoke to Max was very friendly and polite, he asked me a few quick questions about the issue I was having, arranged a time to come visit that worked for me.
He gave me a fair honest price and fixed the problem their and then, it was refreshing to meet a guy who would not charge me the earth for a service.
I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to others looking for a reliable company.

Excellent response time & very helpful - I called Max at Icon Plumbing & Heating yesterday in a panic. There was waste water dripping through the ceiling to the downstairs flat. Max arrived at the flat within 30 minutes of my call. He was helpful, quick and efficient. He dealt with the problem immediately and offered some very helpful suggestions. I would definitely use Icon Plumbing and Heating again and recommend to friends.
