They know their stuff but their charges will make you cry. £1,000 to get a pipe unblocked.

I don't believe it is fair to have to pay for an hour if you only use 10 minutes. The call out charge for one hour means you have to pay it minimum payment which was over £80 for replacing a washer in my sink drainage! Not only that but they made me wait for 3 hours to have it done. I think if you have a real emergency that they will be good as they are 24hr but if it's something small don't use them!
