I had just got two new rear tyres fitted recently, when I found a nail in one of them. I rang Lincoln's this morning and was told to bring it down. I did this and had my tyre repaired in less than 1/2 hour. Friendly efficient service and all for £20. Brilliant, Thank you.

Great service, fast and efficient. Had two tyres changed and they did do a spot check to ensure I knew my rear tyres were also in need of replacing but did not do a hard sell like some places.

Went in this morning to get a couple of tyres. I was offered a midrange and a premium option. I asked what they’d recommend and they said the cheaper of the two. You can’t find honesty like that in many places. And great, friendly service too. The only place I’ve bought tyres from in over ten years.

"Hi everyone, been living in Stevenage for the last 11yrs, and I can't recommend the team at Lincolns Tyres enough, this is the only place I trust with 4 wheel alignment, only this year had the alignment done, and then 4-6 weeks later took it back to them as I thought the alignment was out again. Next thing I know "all done made a slight adjustment....No charge." Absolutely brilliant service from the team...was taken aback to be honest. With unprecedented times with covid-19, they still have the customer at the forefront of their business not the financial side unlike most, I cannot fault the team, they will always have my custom. Took my car for a service, within an hour I had a call from a 'mechanic' on the phone saying all of my brake pads and disks were 'shot',they quoted me up to 750.from a 240 service told them to leave it and I will look myself, when I picked up the car and looked myself there was nothing wrong with any part of the brake system, myself, family and friends will steer well clear in the future. Trustworthy since the change of ownership to complete chancers overnight

I had a good experience with the staff at Lincoln's tyres. I kept losing air in one of my tyres and they managed to sort it for me. Turns out I had a faulty valve. They managed to replace valve, no need for a new tyre and I was on my way within half an hour.

HONEST ADVICE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had grey oily smoke coming from my exhaust in late November and wanted it checked out.
The problem had happened on two separate occasions but had righted itself.
So I phoned Lincoln who said to pop in for them to have a look.
They put my car on a ramp and the engineer examined the exhaust. He couldn't find any problem.
Then he took the car for a quick test drive around the block. Still nothing.
He plugged a diagnosis computer to the engine and found no error codes.
He told me that the car was running OK and that without error codes he didn't have much to go on.
I thought this was very honest of him. He didn't charge for the examination. My car has been fine since, fortunately. It put me at ease getting the car checked out and Lincoln couldn't have been more helpful.
