Tyres good. Reception had had a courtesy bypass. Booked appointment time, tyre changed commenced 20 minutes later, departed depot 65 minutes after booked arrival. Will not use again

I Went in with an issue with my car they went on to say it had all sorts of issues that needed sorting. I left £452 out of pocket and the problem I originally had was not fixed. After the 4th time of taking it back they finally for the first time had a drive to see what was happening. He then came back said it was a problem that they don’t deal with and told me to go elsewhere. Update- I have been given some of my money back by the Complaints team which I am happy with.

Took the tyres to get changed but after the ABS light came on. Turns out they had broken the abs sensor behind the wheel! Then conveniently had a 20% off voucher come through if we had the work don at their garage

Shocking service, shocking prices! Your definitely not paying for the service, guy behind the desk nattered on the phone to his friend about everything except work whilst keeping customers waiting. Over priced, commercial scare tactics and non stop pestering emails/junk mail.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend.
After encountering problems with my car, I took it to National and they diagnosed that my injectors were faulty, quoting me £750 for repairs to two and a heads up that the others would need to be sorted soon too (£1400 in total).
The car is not worth enough top merit £1400 of works. Thinking of scrapping it, I took it to another garage for a second opinion. For less than £100 they replaced a sensor which was the actual cause of the problem and I am back on the road.
Either this was a case of lack of knowledge, lack of attention or lying for financial gain.

Went in to have a new battery fitted on my Renault campervan.
I was dealt with in a very polite manner, all the staff were similarly polite.
The waiting room had some informative leaflets and was tidy.

They were very helpful, I took my car in as I heard a noices from exhaust, they inspected it and could not find anything wrong, they gave advice on probable causes, they did not charge for inspection and time.

We arrived early before the centre opened and waited outside until the staff started to open the shutters and doors which is fine. However once open, no one invited us in so I drove into a bay. The looks I was given by the staff for doing so were like I had just desecrated a religious shrine. I got out and went into the reception and stood waiting for around 30 seconds before one of the staff, who I believe was the duty manager or supervisor decided to grace me with his presence. I was greeted with a "CAN I HELP YOU?" in an impolite tone to which I politely said hello and attempted to make some pleasantries but was totally ignored.
The staff member got his job sheet, asked for my postcode, house number and when my MOT was due but never explained why.
I had obviously upset the equilibrium by daring to park my car inside their hallowed ground and I soon found my car repositioned to allow the work to be carried out. Another member of staff came out and checked the tread depths of all the tyres, including the two to be changed, which amused me to some degree but then said employee decided to place his clipboard on the bodywork of the car, which then proceeded to slide down the bonnet.
Whilst waiting within their waiting area I witnessed 3 other customers come in. All of them have a variety of greetings and were totally ignored by the duty manager/ supervisor. He asked all of them the same questions without any kind of manners being shown.
When the work was completed my car was reversed out of the bay into the customer car park and the keys were brought in. The manager/ supervisor produced his job sheet and asked for a signature on a piece of paper without explaining what it was until I questioned it.
The tyres were bought online, which is why I had to go there for the fitting, and came with a guarantee. I asked about this guarantee to which I was told was nothing to do with them as they were only the fitters. I appreciate this maybe the case but perhaps try explaining it politely.
It was the first and last time I will take my business there and I would highly suggest if you want polite service and just general manners then you take your business elsewhere.
Manners cost nothing and are business 101 for getting return custom and positive promotion of your business which this individual clearly missed! It doesn't take much to say good morning. You don't even have to mean it!
I had deliberately driven to this place due to the deal I had obtained, but I would rather pay more and go somewhere where service actually matters.

Very overloaded. Extremely slow. People with appointments who, not unsurprisingly, expected their vehicles to be worked on at the booked time were waiting over one and a half hours for anything to happen.
In addition, the waiting area had several heaters going non stop causing it to feel like a sauna.
Overall, quite frankly, diabolical waiting times.
The only saving grace were the poor employees trying too cope. All were extremely polite and helpful despite the overloading.
I felt quite sorry for them.

I went into warminster tyre and exhaust today as my car dashboard indicated an alert that my tyre pressure had suddenly dropped in one or more tyres. Sadly i was en route to an Universuty Open Day with my son so time was a bit critical . I decided not to risk any further problems and detoured here to have my tyres checked . They were busy but kindly fitted us in within half an hour and charged me nothing for checking and re-reinflating my one tyre . So impressed rhat there are still genuinely goid honest services out there !

Terrible staff attitude.
Booked a time slot via tyre shopper.
Arrived at said time slot to be told tyres were not there. Staff member was rude and didn't at all seem bothered I had turned up and wasted a journey.
To compound it another staff member also inserted his 2 pence saying i was supposed to call ahead to check.
It would seem pointless to offer a time slot if I am still expected to call ahead and check.
In general staff don't seem to actually appreciate their customers. I was left waiting when I arrived and general interaction with their staff was like I was there bothering them for a favour.
It was a simple error which could have been rectified by offering a solution with some mutual courtesy and respect.
Instead I was treated like nothing more than an inconvenience to their day.
As if their jobs are not to provide a service.
I have paid 20% more to visit another tyre fitter who are polite and value thier customers.

Popped in with a suspected slow puncture. I was given prompt service, an examination of the tyre - jacked up so it could be turned and verified nothing was wrong. When I enquired how much - the guy said nothing at all - any problems please come back - and I would - and I recommend them to readers too. What service!
