Very friendly and helpful staff and best prices I could find in town! Only thing I would note is that they were not on time. I had to wait 35 minutes longer than I was told. But because the price and service was great and I was not in a rush, I still give it a 5 star!

My van's drive shaft fell off when we were driving home. I called Luis & they were able to end a tow truck over in 40 minutes. The guy who arrived was super helpful & witty. He was able to back up our van in the driveway. Definitely gonna contact & recommend these guys to anyone who needs an emergency tow.

Hi! I would 1,000% recommended Around the clock towing! Today was a very stressful day and with so many other company’s charging an arm and leg for towing their prices was affordable and they totally treated us with quality care. Very nice, helpful and respectful ppl and also so very patient with us. Their saved in my contacts for future emergencies! I would highly recommend their services! Amazing family owned business and hard working people!!!! They helped us out so much today and went out their way to provide us great care I don’t think another company would’ve done what they did today.

Sadly I just had to have my car towed home. The only good thing to come out of it was the tow home. First off the price was good and even tho they were busy they still got my car back to me in a timely matter. I completely recommend Around the Clock Towing if your ever in the need.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR TO BE DAMAGED. The tow truck driver almost damaged my front bumber cap 3 times before I stopped him. He was so busy rushing that his reply was, "owe thats just plastic dont worry". If I hadnt intervened he would have damaged my vehicle. After an hour of getting my vehicle on the flatbed the safe way, we unloaded the truck. I sat in the front seat and he then did not want to give me a ride home claiming they cant transport passengers because of their insurance. I said, but you tansported me here. He called his boss and his boss told me that too. I said im not getting out of this truck until you give me a ride home. It was 2am at night. After arguing for 30 minutes he had no choice but to give me a ride home which was only 10 minutes away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE NO PROFESSIONALISM

Excellent service!! We had a big diesel truck stuck in a really tough place, but Ricco showed up quickly and got it on the flatbed in no time! When he got to the the mechanic shop, there were so many semis and cars in the way, I could barely drive my car through all the congestion, but Ricco maneuvered right through it all, with no hesitation. I could not believe how easy he made the entire process look. I was very impressed with Ricco and would highly recommend this company.

I am retired and in severe financial problems at this time. I must have ran over something in the road and my right front tire is slashed, there is no spare in my car, Louis at this business said he would come and help me and tow my car to a tire shop. I don’t have any money right now but he is still going to help me- how amazing is that!!! There are still good, kind people in this world who care about others in need/ Thank you Luis and Around the Clock Towing.

Excellent service!!! Joshua is so nice and honest about every details of service, including the time to pickup, fair pricing. I am also very impressive about Omero. He is the person I can trust at the first sight. When I handed over my car key to him, and I was not able to show up in the destination. Omero sent my car there and called me right away once everything is set up. hats off to them.

After getting a flat on the 95 and having to pull over at a rather dangerous spot, I called a few towing places who either gave me a wait time of almost 2 hours or just said they weren't available (or didn't even answer) before I called Around The Clock. My tow truck driver showed up quicker than I expected and it was overall a professional and helpful experience.

I called around different places to find a reasonable price, last minute, for a tow from location to location. The customer service was phenomenal!!! The gentleman that helped me on the phone (Joshua)was polite and very patient and the tow guy (Omero) was not only friendly but arrived ahead of schedule. Omero was kind and very efficient, you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He treated my vehicle like it was his own possession and not one scratch was on it upon arrival to its destination. I'd recommend them to ANYONE!! If you want fast friendly service use them.

Stranded on the freeway on a busy Saturday afternoon with my young daughter, I called several tow companies and Around The Clock Towing was the best price in town. Other company's wanted to charge $120 just to hook up! It was 106 degrees and HOT, they were able to get to me in under a hour! The driver was fast and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Yesterday my Mercedes completely shut down so I called Around the Clock towing , Josh answered all my questions and was very helpful. He had a driver at my location pretty quick the driver Omero was super careful and processional while he handled my car definitely recommend them when you need a quick affordable tow! The five star reviews are very misleading! What happened? My friend called you. The dispatch said a driver would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. That was at 2:30 PM! He's still waiting, it now 5:30 PM! NO show No call No service!
We called the next day to see what happend. Went to VOICEmail. Left a voicemail message, NO return call. I would not recommend this company. PISS POOR Communication and customer service.

PLEASE READ!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS.
I was in an accident around 10pm. Called this company at 11:30 pm and the guy said 45min., 1 hour later nothing.I called back and no answer. 30 min. later he called and said 20 more min. By this time it's well after 1am. and of course he's not answering the phone again.
He didn't have the decency to call and say something.
What a way to do business. How can you leave a woman stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night?

The only company I will use should I need a tow in the future. We moved here to Las Vegas 3 weeks ago so we know nothing about what company is good or bad. Today while out shopping for our son's birthday my car died. I called 3 towing companies and this was the only one that either returned my call or told me the truth. We had to wait and it was TOTALLY worth it. Not only was the gentlemen on the phone honest and polite so was the driver that towed my car. He even helped my husband figure out the problem! They now have 3 loyal customers new to Vegas. Thank you guys for taking care of my family when we needed it!

I called my insurance for roadside assistance, and they sent these guys out. I was initially told that it would take 45 mins, but they actually arrived in about 20. Someone from the office called to let me know when the driver pulled up outside so I could meet him. It is super hot out even at 11:30 am, so I appreciated this courtesy call so that I could wait inside. I did not need to be towed, my back driver's side tire was completely flat and I couldn't jack my car up by myself. The gentleman that came (Sorry, didn't get his name) was very friendly and fast! He had my spare tire on in no time. I would definitely recommend.

Around The Clock Towing Service provided service that was promised, we called at 7:30pm and was told will be there in 35 minutes and driver, Santiago arrived within 35 minutes. Our car was placed on a flat bed tow truck and was treated with TLC. Upon arrival at it's destination, the car was professionally placed in the garage with exact measurements from front of garage to side of the wall with no problem. We would highly recommend this towing service to our family and friends. Thank you Santiago!!!
