This company tows legally parked cars knowing it takes a lot of time and energy (taking them to court) to dispute them. They are a predatory towing company and need to be held responsible. They take a picture on the scene before they tow to prove you don't have a pass. The thing is, a picture is 2D and if you take the pic at certain angles, they can say "your pass wasn't visible", when it clearly was when you walk up to the car and just look at the dash in person.
Everyone I've dealt with within the company exhibit very low ethics/moral, showing complete awareness and yet no concern that they are stealing from a whole lot of people in the county. We had a cop come to prove they towed our car illegally, but once they have it on their lot, the cops can't do anything unless we take them to court and then, the cop was more than willing to help explain they towed our legally parked car.

My vehicle was towed from in front of my house where I have lived for over 20 years today January 15th at 5am! I tried to explain that my windshield was just replaced and they placed my parking permit in the dash of the windshield and didn’t hang it back on my rear view mirror. The pass was still clearly visible and they towed my vehicle to make a quick $150. When I explained in detail, the manager Melissa no last name laughed and said well you have your Jeep back now and I have my money. As we walked up to my Jeep she could clearly see the permit sitting in the dash and still refused to do the right thing. I took video and pictures that shows overwhelming proof and I have security video of the tow truck driver walking around my vehicle taking pictures. There is no way with that driver walking around my whole vehicle and not seeing that pass. I’m putting Big Tow on notice that I am going to sue for predatory towing.

Spoke to a lady over the phone because the front door is locked she informed me they would be there In a min ten min go pass I’m still outside I call again she says someone will be there in a min another ten goes pass I call inform the lady I’m on a cane you keep telling me one min but no one has came to the door I asked for a manger she said she was the manger I asked for someone over her she repeated I will be there in a min and wouldn’t give me anyone information. I asked her what is the estimate time for this min sense o have been out here 30 min she says five to ten more min and had a very rude attitude I would not advise anyone one use this towing company they a very rude n unprofessional.also ten min later I’m still outside

They are crooked, they try all they could to hold on to your property, so they can increase the cost. Plus they are extremely rude over the phone and inperson. They ask unneccesary questions, as if they are law enforcement. I would never reccomend or use the Towing company ever.

Their driver towed my vehicle from my home in the middle of the night and left my parking pass that was around my antenna on the ground in front of my vehicle. After extorting me $150 to pick up my property; I notice both of my back left tires are now flat. They did not site this damage on their inspection receipt initially and the driver said “they must’ve already been like that.” I had some unpleasant words with the tow truck driver and left. The next day I woke up to both back tires flat and the front tire slashed and flat as well. I am flabbergasted and quite concerned about this individual who regularly prowls my neighborhood looking for parking violations. I am looking into a protective order.

Towed our vehicle after we were hit. The driver told us we would be able to get our belongings from our vehicle and he lady on the phone was extremely rude told us we could not and refused to give her name and hung up. Call a different company.

Total scam. Do not go here. This business should be illegal. They charge you extra fees everywhere they can. I'm about to head over to pay them $216 IN CASH within a very strict 1 hour window (or they will add more money) to pick up a drivable car.

Check your cars in front of them. They damaged mine and no response at all after several days!
I picked up my car just a couple of hours ago from Big Tow parking garage (Sunday noon, March 24, 2019).
They damaged my car’s rear bumper (MB) when they tried to get my car out of the parking garage.
They may pushed my car to the back and scratched it to the wall behind it while they tried to grab it with their tow device and bring it out by their totally unprofessional and non-skilled tow guy.
I showed all those scratches/peeling off to their customer service lady at that time and showed her all those damaged areas.
I took two videos in front of the customer service lady and she took some photos as well for the record. I uploaded one of those videos here as well.
UPDATE:
I went there at the same day they responded to my review on google map.
They refused to take responsibility for damaging my luxury car (MB) at the time it was in their hand.
Wasted time with this totally unresponsive company with rude staff.

I found out that my son was involved in a car accident and that my car was towed by the BigTow company this morning. Naturally I was very upset about the accident, and headed directly to Big Tow to see what to do next after ensuring my son was just fine. Dee, the office manager, couldn't have been more helpful or compassionate as she gave me the next steps and made sure that I had all the information that I needed . I returned with my son to remove things from the car, as she had wisely recommended, and again she was polite, helpful, and in spite of being ridiculously busy - she made sure we had everything we needed. The world would be a much better place is everyone was as kind, caring, and professional as Dee.

I was in an accident in the beginning of July and had my car towed by big tow. I gave the gentleman my key so he could have assess to my car and then I left. When I gave the key to the gentleman it wasn't in any way shape or form damaged. I get a call from the car dealership asking me if I was aware my key was broken. Of course I said no because it was perfectly fine when I handed it over to the towing guy ( mind you the key is in pieces now). So I call big tow and I express that the key wasn't broken when it was handed over to them and they tried to make it seem like it was broken when it came to them which was false. Asked to speak to a manager no one has still gotten to me until this day. Definitely brushed under the rug everyone there in my opinion is dishonest and doesn't take accountability for their actions.

My vehicle was towed by Big Tow, unexpectedly. It was an inconvenience but the company was surprisingly pleasant, helpful and very professional. Getting your car towed sucks but if it’s by Big Tow at least it won’t be quite so awful.

My girlfriend had her car towed from our apartment a couple of weekends ago.
This happened to one of our friends a month ago and unfortunately we had a terrible exoerience as well. We dealt with some guy named Jason who claimed to be the manager. He was horrendously rude. He was not helpful at all. I am surprised they have any customers.
We walked into the place. We were helped by a big African American guy who was super nice. There was some employee stumbling around, crying and slurring her words. It was early morning and ahe appeared drunk or on drugs...maybe both. The guy helping us seemed very embarrassed.
We got our car and immediately left. We are reporting both incidents to our property manager.

Was in an accident this past Sunday and as you can imagine things are extremely hectic for me. There’s no way you can prove that money was in your car but you know what you had in your car. Went to clean my car out today (Thursday) and the $40 that was in there of course was gone. So to the guy that stole the $40 I honestly hope you needed it and thanks for leaving my receipt.
