I would not recommend to anyone. The repair work is absolutely shocking. I had to send my computer back 3 times and nobody is bothered when you call them up, it is like they are use to sending damaged goods out.

If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute rip off jokers. Told I was getting something that it clearly isn't. Paid £545 plus family fund voucher and got something worth under £200. Disgusted.

Good company. My parents brought me a gaming pc from them in December 2017 and it's been excellent. It's a refurbished pc with it's original 2012 Intel I3 with a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 (which I soon plan to upgrade to a 1660). It's always been a quick computer and is great at delivering what I want with gaming. The only issue I have faced with the computer is it keeps making the hard drives fail and I am not sure why. The first hard drive died after February 2020 of which took me about a month to realise (I believe the drive was failing for more than a month as Windows would not always boot and was much slower once it was on). The second hard drive I put in it worked well up until recently so now I have to use an old laptop hard drive. I don't know if it's a fault in the pc or things I am doing on it but other than that I am glad I own this pc and will keep it for as long as possible. I would definitely consider buying a pc from them again. In short: Great company that refurbishes old computers and puts them up to new tasks with great support.

My IT people bought a stone Laptop. What can i say. The star rating says it all. Within 3 months, main boad failed, so sent back. Returned untested. So didnt work. When i enquired they claimed they didnt have the pass words to access to set up. Which we stuck onto the laptop above keyboard. When i asked what they were going to do, they said nothing. So my IT guys had to spend 3 days sorting out the mess. Plus, cracked casing, defective headphone socket and sticky left mouse button all of which were OK when it went in. Ive been living with those faults as i didnt want to return it. Now headphone socket is unusable. Stick with a "proper" branded machine.

Awarded a grant for ipad but impossible to even get in contact with this company. Dont answer phones or reply to phone messages, website has been down days. So excited today as the website was up but it won't let you on the site. About it totally give up on my son getting any access to education as he cannot use anything but an ipad, and no school for him for maybe years needs to do it online but totally screwed by this company where its the only place family fund uses. Its a joke either that or disabled don't matter. Why the family fund has to use this place is beyond comprehension, just victimised disabled child more than been attacked in the community

I've never actually brought a product from here but my laptop does have insurance on it and these guys are the ones that repair it. My laptops motherboard died twice and they were quick at getting an engineer out to repair it. Good work guys

What an absolutely rubbish, worst in the uk firm for family fund to work with! Just an insight for you STONE COMPUTERS! Family fund is a charity for special needs children... in my case my son needs are through an ipad this the reason why family fund granted him one, within 48 hours, after his broke. I called for an update and pointed out it was needed urgently! Was told ... yeah next week. Next came n gone. I had to recall again only to be told exactly the same thing. I asked for it to be posted today and was told they don’t do deliveries for Saturday? It went in to a debate where they couldn’t explain why they didn’t call or email me, why it’s taking so long and why dpd don’t deliver on a Saturday. Not that I want the answers from you STONES so feel free not to leave pathetic excuses on here! You put the phone down first time and P***<}~ ME OFF THE SECOND TIME! I’m absolutely livid, it makes my stomach turn knowing they deal with charities and are happy to take the money but not update the family and come out with pathetic excuses! They have no idea on how important these items are for our children! I’ve reported them to family fund, not that you care STONES! I just hope family fund look elsewhere. CALL THE PARENTS WITH UPDATES SO WE CAN DEAL WITH IT BY USING ALTERNATIVES FOR OUR CHILDREN! I HOPE YOU GO BUST! P.S ALL THE EXCUSES YOU HAVE ADDED AFTER CUSTOMERS LEAVE FEEDBACK ON HERE ARE 100% FAKE COS YOU KNOW DAM WELL WE DONT GET THE EXCUSES DIRECTED TO US FROM HERE! You wimps call us directly!

Very slow, poor performance, one can only open one word document before one's stone computer freezes . 10/10 would recommend to patient people who don't exist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS, INVEST IN THE NHS and a macbook. p.s. thing's as useful as a stone, kind of ironic.

one of the worst companys ive dealt with , order placed 11th December 2017, now 4th January 2018. no contact from STONE since order was placed. tried calling Cant get through , sent messages through facebook messanger., only got reply today. instead of telling the truth {sorry we messed up,] nope , we are in the process of building a acer of the shelf laptop.????? we have to install software on it , office etc { takes 1 hour not 14 days } we been very busy, then dont over reach and take orders you cant meet. what is with people these days , who just cant say SORRY WE MADE A MISTAKE. we will put it right asap instead of excuses and lies... here,s a idea...1 make order ...2 contact buyer to confirm order and estimated
