I bought a Sony android head unit with Connects2 mounting buttons and infodapter. Had various challenges with the installer but once we were on the phone connects2 clarified things immediately. Great service and products feel very good. My only suggestion would be that the documentation could be a bit better and leads could be a tad longer.

After a lengthy exchange of emails with Connects2Support I'm no closer to being sure which lead I need so I'm sending it all back to them. They can throw it into their bin rather than mine. Not satisfied

Brought one of their products (L200RP) next to useless, sent two emails to complain 10 days ago and have not yet received an acknowledgement, yet when i asked a question emailed within the hour poor poor customer service :(
Update: After writing the above reveiw Connects2 contacted me and apologised for the delay and offered me a full refund of the product, full marks to them for excellent customer service i'm very happy with the out come.

Excellent after sales service. Luckily I live near their head office so could speak to them in person, but they helped and sorted the issue out (4 years ago now) and it has worked faultlessly ever since)
