Both managers made me feel very welcome even near the end of their shift. They helped me with my own Lego models gear system and gave me some great advice on how I can turn my 42110 model into a RC model using Lego servers. Overall great experience and knowledge of Lego products.

Great place for kids to explore there own imagination but be prepared because children don't like to leave the Lego shop and everything is expensive but to build unlimited stuff is free.

I loved it. Went in for a base plate and came out with an extra tub of bits and pieces. It could have been so much more. I really wanted Hagrid's hut. Maybe next time ..

I mean there is nothing to complain about, it's Lego so it's perfect. Very friendly staff and they seem to be very knowledgeable. The prices are fairly high but honestly you can't complain. They have a huge selection of sets and there is always something to look at.

Lego makes even Watford amazing. The shop is wonderful and has so many things to see and consider purchasing. Don't go in unprepared. I highly recommend choosing your own blocks and looking at the architecture sets. The displays are wow.

It's OK but I feel Lego has lost its way. Leaves little to the imagination in its kits. Some items criminally expensive. I'd like to see some generic kits with a variety of blocks, figures, gears and motors with a few ideas of what you might make with them. Kids have bags of imagination. They don't need adults to spell it out for them.

Lovely little Lego shop. Kid friendly and very helpful staff. One guy in particular helped my son make a washing machine. He fashioned an intricate part that helped us attach a door! Thanks fella! ????

The staff are so happy and friendly and they take their time to find out exactly what you want and take you to exactly where it is. They are not like other sop assistants. They all seem to have a passion for Lego and so you can talk to them about different kits and ideas. It is always a pleasure walking into this store

Nice little child friendly shop with great, helpful staff. My little grandchild was able to have a play with the lego in the shop, while his big brother took his time looking around to find exactly what he wanted to purchase. This meant big smiles from all rather than tears of boredom and frustration from one or the other. A nice time and well worth the visit.

Had great fun and thanks for the staff got some good hints on lego building. Amazing time building our own figures and met some wonderful people while doing it! Love the place as all LEGO stores. A member of the team went into great lengths to help my wife find a unikitty figure! Great job guys.

This is probably my most favourite small Lego store. They have a really good variety of the different categories of Lego. Despite being a small store we've always been able to find what we're looking for. Really friendly staff too, all happy to help and really knowledgeable. They also have regular events for the kids to enjoy so make sure you're subscribed so they can keep you updated!

Great staff, the kids (and adults) love it. I like the big display models, the kids like to play with the samples. It would really benefit from a bench or a couple of seats - my husband has a bad back and can't stand for long. We'd probably go more often and be able to browse longer and buy more if there was somewhere he could sit.

Excellent shop to take the young grandchildren. The staff are all very friendly and made the children welcome. We spent nearly an hour hear and the ability to play with the Lego that was left out helped in choosing the right toy at the correct level for the children. We were never made to feel we had outstayed our welcome or pressured into making a purchase.
