Twice i have taken a suit to these guys. The first time there were "Small Pulls" on a brand new suit that i put down to the suit being faulty. Took a suit I've worn several times only for the owner to give me my suit back with a button missing. When i asked where the button was he started checking if there was an extra button attached. When i asked him to get the button put on he said it would cost 7 pounds. When i said that ill pay him 3 pounds in that case as the total cost for dry cleaning was 10 pounds he gave an impish smile. Terrible general and customer service.

Went in to wash duvet and found out this man charges double as much for a small washing machine whereas laundrette round the corner charges half as much for a large machine.When I pointed this out to him he very feisty that was the reason why there was only one person there whilst they other laundrette was full and had people waiting.
