Andy & Matt, you won't find a better garage in the UK. 100% + they have always looked after my vehicles. No matter what the problem.. From a full service & mot to damage to your vehicle. Don't listen to your insurance company they will go the cheapest way in some back street garage. go to the best.. Go Bodymek. You can watch the lads work.. Learn from them.. Your get good sound advice. And the work carried out professionally.
Heads up, your find Mercedes or BMW will come to Bodymek for what they can't do. It was mercedes who recommended Bodymek to me. So that explains everything.. Cut the middle man.. Go to the source.. Reap the benefits.. Save your money..

Had a full service and MOT. Staff were brilliant and provided an excellent service. In fact, their IT system was down so they couldn't print my MOT certificate. I totally forgot about it until a few days later when it arrived on my doorstep in the post! Those little gestures make the world of difference! Would highly recommend Bodymek to anyone!

Well, don't know where to start.
My car is an import, hybrid, but it is no different to any other car and no different to any Toyota hybrid out there. It takes certain amount of oil of certain grade and viscosity etc. This garage claimed to be a hybrid specialist. Nothing could have been more deceiving than the 'specialist' part.
I booked full service and MOT for 2 vehicles via the website form and this was confirmed over the phone same day. Since the car is an import I'd translated and printed all information from the original service manual and left it in the car for the engineer to read. This consisted of all the oil info, filter info etc. When the booked day had come I arrived at the desk only to be told the vehicle is not recorded on their booking but "they will slot me in somehow" and I should leave the car and come back later. Hmmm..
Went back home and came back in the afternoon to find out that It has been serviced and MOTd. Great I thought. Then I asked about the oil that has been put in the engine during the alleged service only to be informed that it takes this kind not that kind etc and all is fine. When compared with manufacturer specifications, my car had been filled with an incorrect grade. It even has been stated to me that the car has 7 filters and all of them had to be changed with great difficulty. Hmmm..
Since I know my cars pretty well and usually do service on my own, when I came back home and had some spare time I decided to check few things and discovered few other bits: oil level too high, polen filter not renewed, air filter cover not on properly and I would question if air filter was really replaced. I wonder what else had been omitted and if all 7 filters that this car doesn't really have were indeed changed.
On this occasion I should have done the service myself.
Will not come back here again.

After electing to stop driving when a coolant leak became too severe, Bodymek were recommended by the breakdown service as both professional and efficient. Not being in a position to argue, I agreed to limp the 40 miles with the recovery van following just in case.
A call ahead advising them of the urgency of my getting home ASAP had them waiting for the car on arrival. They had diagnosed the fault within 3 hours and advised me that an OEM part could be delivered the following morning and the work completed the same day, I gave the go-ahead after the costs were outlined.
Sure enough, I was on my way home less than 24hours after arriving at their garage. The service was efficient and courteous with regular updates on the work progress. The costs were entirely in line with what I expected for parts and labour plus road test to follow. They even re-balanced my wheels without charge. A nice touch.
Would I use them again? Absolutely!

My car broke down at work with the cold weather. Called Bodymek and they were nothing short of wonderful, Matt and Caroline in particular. They got me up and running very quickly and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have used this garage for years for my MOT, but until now have not needed any particular work doing. My mother has also had outstanding service from this garage and both of us would not hesitate to recommend, particularly as we are both single women.
