Took my car in as it needed looking at got a phone call back to let me know what was wrong with in a couple of hours of taken it in needed new tyres and a service and new springs in the back and its like a new car driving like a dream friendly helpful what more can you want .

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Bodymek for a fair few years now and could not be happier. The team are always happy to explain things in basic terms and the offers they provide are the best in Northampton (and Iv'e tried most garages in Northampton over the years). I can highly recommend Bodymek for their MOTs, Services, Repairs and Accident Repairs (I scratched my wife's car).

My partner and I were en route to a relaxing Spa weekend at nearby Whittlebury Hall, having left early in the morning to do so. Pulling round the roundabout outside Northampton we noticed a burning smell and the cab of the car filling with white smoke rapidly. As quickly and safely as possible we pulled over onto the side of the road and called out a recovery vehicle to come help. Upon looking the recovery driver informed us he believed there was a mjor issue with the head gasket and that it was going to be no easy job, putting the absolute fear of god in us. Not being native to Northampton we didn't know where to go but upon calling another local mechanic they informed us we should try BodyMek. And I'm so glad they did. The entire team at BodyMek were wonderful, welcoming, polite and helpful - they agreed to have a look at the car to at least diagnose what had happened and what we could do (at least before I called my insurer!) - they asked questions about what had happened so they could better understand the situation and then proceeded to check the car over, he then walked over to me and said "Don't you worry, we will have you both back on the road on your way to your relaxing weekend in around an hours time". As I now know, it is quite common to have an issue with the oil pressure switch on a Corsa, but he didn't take me round the houses and explained in a very clear concise manner and true to his word the part turned up and despite the fact it was an exceptionally busy Saturday for them, they were able to fit it there and then and even gave the car a complementary wash down too. Never in my life have I had SUCH a positive experience with a mechanic and I'm even at the point of thinking I might drive my car here 1.5 hours just for every check-up, MOT, anything I need in future! Thank you BodyMek for just being outstanding and for making what was initially a stressful start to our weekend actually a tremendously positive experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Where Else would you really trust anyone to service or carry out any repairs.. They will only use genuine parts. They don't cut courners.. All merchanic's are fully trained. They will always tell you honestly.. Other garages will say remove items of value.. There are no thieves working for Bodymek.. 100% + trust worthy.. There are a lot of garages in Northampton that go to Bodymek because has its own MOT bay. Not just class 4 car's like a few others. Class 7 too. And Bodymek usally end up carry out repair where others can't. I have been using Bodymek for the past 4 years. Guess who recommended them.. Mercedes UK, Because they do all there work.. There body shop.. is better than factory.. They are amazing. My god can they paint. They can do work on just about anything.. From a small car to a coach. As these have the spray booth to fit it in. What I like.. The owner like to inspect / check everything before it goes out the door. Where you or I will look.. think its good. Not really knowing much. The owner spends 20/30 minutes looking. From every angle. Making sure every car/van/coach that leaves the body shop is perfect. I know. I turned up early once to collect a vehicle. I will never go anywhere else. The service & quality of workmanship is the best out there. Worth much more than 5 stars.. Come recommend from Mercedes UK.. Put your AMG in Mercedes for a repair.. supermarket trolley ding in the door.. Guess where it really goes.. Cut out the middle man.. Save yourself some money use Bodymek. Go direct yourself.

Brilliant service over the last 3 years I have been using Bodymek. Always very helpful. I have taken both my Merc E class and my wife's Merc b class to them for services repairs and MOT. They have let us have a courtesy car when required. Even been out with a recovery truck and helped me when I had a flat tyre. And dare I admit the wrong fuel only once. The team are helpful and friendly and I always recommend Bodymek to others.

Firstly where shall I start with this company, they first said they will charge us the full hour for diagnostics, this was for my friends Audi A5, they quoted us £60, so because of time constraints and other garages being fully booked this was our last resort. Our problem lay with the steering rack that we discovered after extensive research on our own. However we were not mechanics so we were still unsure, now for the interesting part, we took the car in we watched them as they brought out the snap-on diagnostics tool when we specifically asked for the vagcom/vcds tool for basic setting calibration to see if it would solve the problem, they then realised they couldn't do much with the snap on and proceeded onto using vcds where they plugged it in and got the error code this only took 20 mins then they came to us and stated that the problem is the angle sensor on the steering wheel and we need to change it wrong diagnosis do not use this garage.

Used them many times, MOT's , service and other car.problems, great value, fast service, helpfull and friendly..Highly recomend

One of my Mercedes Sprinters got damaged. My insurance company put me in touch with "there approved" garages in Northampton. My issue was.. There Not Mercedes approved. So I contacted Mercedes. Mercedes Benz put me in touch with BodyMerk. I met with The Director Andy, He assessed the damage very quickly. Taking photo from various angles. He answered all my questions.. Including the most important.. How quick can you turn it around. 4 days. Amazing. The approved 6 weeks.. Its a no brainer who's doing my repair. And Mercedes approved... Of course BodyMerk. Big Arguement with my insurance company.. But Bodymerk got my Sprinter regardless. Bodymerk true to there word. 4 day turn around. I left personal effects, tools etc. Nothing was out of place. What a honest bunch of lads Andy has working for him. The workmanship.. You would never know it had been touched. Perfect repair. There are a lot of Garages around Northampton. Make BodyMerk your 1st choice. They take pride in what they do. Most of all.. Trust.. That can be the deal breaker if there is None.. You can trust Bodymerk. To Do the Job. Do it Well.
