I had a problem with my brakes they got my car in for the day and done a service on them when I phoned to see if my car was ready the Service person said it was I asked what was the cost the service person said no charge it was just a clear up
I have to say so far so good
I took my car for a service at Sandicliffe Loughborough Ford
In future Ford at Coalville will be getting my business back again
I used Ford at Coalville for about 9 years when I had a Ford Mondeo Estate it was a beautiful car I had a fall out with one of the service person at the time
But I will be using them again

Not impressed at all.I own car under warranty ,bought it brand new (£23k) and second time in 2 years car had an issue which needed addressing,first time within a month of owning it with stereo which stopped working so I took it to coalville motors which is only a minute walk from where I live ,but was told they couldnt look at it for 2 weeks as "busy" so I ended up taking it 12 miles away to sandicliffe ford who took care of it and ordered new stereo for me.Yesterday I had a big problem as an oil was leaking pretty badly from the car and when I called coalville motors saying I was desperate to get it checked,because I drive it daily for work and it's a major issue with car which is under warranty,they told me they can book me in at the earliest in 18 days!!!I thought it was a bad joke and felt like they basically said,deal with it!
I had to go and see independent garage half an hour drive away which rectified problem in few minutes and took care of my car brilliantly.
I will never visit coalville motors again for anything,I would rather drive many miles away and have it done elsewhere,one can be let down only so many times.
I would also never buy a car from them as I don't support people who simply don't care .Stay away!
