Our child was with Peques for more than two years, I can not recommend them enough. They offer English Spanish and Mandarin, lots of indoor and outdoor play, a balanced learning and play schedule, dancing, most importantly so much love and care are poured into the kid’s heart, they have helped form my son’s personality to a really happy confident and bright one, Peques has prepared him well for big school and for life. The teachers and administration staffs are an amazing team of people, my child until this day remembers the teachers’ names and says he misses his ‘old school’, I myself miss it so much wish we didn’t have to leave it for reception.

Our family have been with Peques for nearly 6 years and we have had the most wonderful experience. It is a fantastic nursery. All the amazing people who looked after our 2 children taught them and loved them. They have allowed us to go to work and feel totally confident that they are happy. Mucho love to all at Peques ❤️

Our son has been at Peques for nearly 3 years and from day one I felt like I was leaving him with family. The staff are caring and affectionate and build incredible bonds with the children. The day to day curriculum and activities are really thought out and the rate at which I have seen my son develop over the years is incredible. They learn through play which is so important at that age and I am constantly amazed with the level of information the kids retain at such a young age. We are particularly happy with the language exposure the kids get. My son is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and seems to understand a bit of Mandarin as well! We actually had the option to send our son to a nursery that is literally next door to us but instead we commute an extra 40 minutes each way to take him to Peques because we can see what an impact the nursery has had on him and we absolutely love the staff. Placing him in Peques is the best decision we have made for our son and I would highly recommend it to other parents.

Peques is a very special place. The staff have an amazing bond with the children and we always feel that we are leaving our children in a safe, warm and loving environment. My son started there at 18 months and is now a happy, confident boy in Reception. My daughter started at 9 months and is now in her third year there and I would not consider anywhere else. Amazing food at all their events too!

Peques is an incredible and caring nursery that you could entrust with your child. The staff treat your child like their own. My daughter has become attached to so many of them and I am grateful for the care and attention they’ve given to her. She is 20 months old and already speaks Chinese and Spanish amongst her English first words. Raquel and her team are wonderful. The playground (St Johns Fulham Broadway) is a great big space and secure too. I highly recommend this nursery.

We initially chose to send our daughter to Peques as it was an outstanding bilingual nursery. However what kept us there for 3+ years was the sheer warmth and love that the nursery showers on all its children. Picking up my daughter from Peques was always one of the happiest moments of my day, just to see her so much at home. My confident 4 year old now excels at Reception- and I am sure that Peques had a huge hand at building my little warrior. I can not recommend highly enough.

Peques is an extraordinary nursery, our children have been to 2 others which were also outstanding but there is special magic about Peques. The staff genuinely feel like family, they are all so warm to each other and loving to the children, the atmosphere radiates as soon as you walk in. They are always thinking of really imaginative ways to have fun. I walk in and our kids are always in the midst of some obstacle course or disco or paddling pool party (they have 4 of them!) or painting an amazing giant picture with their feet. It’s just keeps on giving and giving. Their recent downgrade was not a true reflection, but following an incident with a member of staff where they forgot a child in the garden for a moment. They put in immediate protocols to ensure it could never happen again and had to fire that members of staff. Don’t be swayed by this downgrade it n choosing this school. Our boys are English and they now understand and speak Spanish and sing and count in mandarin. Peques is their second family.

My eldest son joined Peques (Fulham Broadway) over 2 years ago and my youngest son joined earlier this year. I feel that Peques is truly a special place that fosters a warm, loving and supportive learning environment. The staff genuinely care about each child, and are always coming up with fun and creative ways to support their learning. My sons are confident and happy kids that love going to nursery. They also enjoy learning Spanish and Mandarin. My eldest son, understands everything that is said to him and can speak Spanish at nursery among his friends and the teachers. It's obviously not a perfect nursery - there is a high turnover of staff at the moment which isn't ideal. Hopefully that will settle down in the new year. It also has a large garden which is hard to find in London.

Our child was at Peques for more than 3 years (only just left to start Reception). Over the years, we have been very impressed by the quality of care and teaching given to the children. The staff are always warm and welcoming and they provide a great nurturing environment where each child can develop at their own pace to reach their potential. Children have a good mix of "work" (all children learn English, Spanish and Mandarin, and older children do phonics and maths in addition to the languages), as well as play (there is a big outdoor garden). To us, it is an outstanding nursery and we would not hesitate to recommend it!

We've had our children in Peques for almost 6 years total and we all love it there. The staff is very warm, supportive, caring and kind. The facilities are much better than most comparable nurseries we considered and the emphasis they place on helping to raise bi-lingual children is incredibly beneficial. We cannot recommend it enough.

My son started at Peques just before he turned 2 years old, he settled in amazingly well and his confidence grew very quickly. I have 4 children although the other 3 are all older and unfortunately Peques was not around when they were young therefore they missed out. My wife's family are Spanish and they always speak to the children in Spanish, whilst they all fluently understand Spanish my son is the only one that confidently will reply in Spanish. What we also loved about Peques, was the staff's affectionate nature to the children, lots of kisses and cuddles which you could visibly see that they thoroughly enjoyed and felt very secure and safe. This was something that was not visible when I visited other nurseries, and along with the Spanish was the reason we chose Peques. When we chose Peques, it was because of the Spanish although what my son got out of his time there (from 2 - 5) was so much more. He used to come home singing sometimes Mandarin and sometimes Spanish songs, these are memories to treasure forever. Another big PLUS was meal times, he loved the food and would feed himself so independently, after a few weeks only he wanted to not only feed himself, he wanted to serve himself so at home we would mirror Peques by putting the food in the middle of the table for him to help himself. Other Great Features: Birthday Cakes - What a great idea to be able to book a homemade healthy fruit cake for the children to celebrate their birthday with a mini party, and the added benefit was that the proceeds of the parent's contributions for the cakes all went to the staff for team building activities. Dance - I asked to come and see my son do the dance session and was so pleasantly surprised. It was such a create class mixing yoga with dancing and my son absolutely loved it. In short, I would recommend Peques in a heart beat.

Such an excellent nursery. The staff are fantastic and create an incredibly warm and stimulating environment for the children to flourish. It's lovely to watch all the kids who attend grow in confidence and amazing how much they gain from being in a multilingual setting. My child can now happily sing Mandarin songs, understand Spanish and is aware of and curious about different cultures which is a huge asset in today's world. We have had a very positive experience and I feel the nursery has equipped my child very well for the next stage of his education. Now I can't wait for my second child to attend!

Sent my daughter to Peques as it is one of a very few nurseries that truly offers a bilingual education in Spanish and English and even As an added bonus - Mandarin! It is a warm and loving place where the staff truly care about the children’s physical, mental and emotional development. Food is nutritious and the children are taught to eat a wide range. The staff are attentive and the children are happy and feel secure. My daughter loves it and has been going for 3 years. It is like a family and we will be sad that she will leave and go to school. Could not recommend more highly.

Teacher at Peques Working at Peques was an amazing experience, one I will never forget for I learnt to love the beauty of Early Years Education. I could not have asked for more, children were at the centre of everything we did and the whole team was always working the extra mile to ensure children got the best start in life! Children at Peques benefited from a well rounded experience, a place where making them feel safe and secure was paramount to us all as it ensured a very productive learning environment. I was very sad to leave Peques after over four years. However, I am so grateful for having had the opportunity to work there as it has contributed to make me the teacher I am today. Thank you so much to all staff, children and families I met on the way. Peques will always have a big place in my heart.

Peques is a rare gem. My eldest daughter joined Peques three years ago and my youngest daughter will be joining soon. It is an outstanding nursery, where kids grow up being happy and confident thanks to amazing teachers. - Environment: loving, nurturing, caring. It genuinely feels like family. Both staff and management are extremely dedicated and attentive to to each child's needs and personality. It is a happy place, full of light and music. When I drop my daughter in the morning, I am always welcome by smiles, songs and a very nice fragrance from the kitchen. I leave the building serene, knowing my daughter is happy and safe. My daughter is very attached to her teachers, she is always excited to go to nursery, she never complained, even after family holidays, she is always ready and happy to go back and share her adventures with teachers and friends. - Teaching: teachers are highly skilled, very devoted and they are always coming up with creative ways of engaging with the children, from songs about the planets to the "numbers machine" to teach them math. Children are daily exposed to English, Spanish and Mandarin, effortlessly, whilst playing and having fun. I love how staff also focus on body mobility and create personalized trails for the kids in the garden to improve their coordination and encourage body confidence. The children practice Yoga once a week, which is great for their body flexibility. In addition, they enrich learning through offsite trips, e.g. to the market, the bank , the butcher or to the zoo. I was quite impressed when my daughter came home one day and she explained to me why you go to the bank. - Food : yummy, nutritious, well balanced and cooked on site by two lovely cooks. They have four menus, one for each week , which change each season. They also introduce the children to dishes from different countries, e.g. Indian and Thai. My daughter loves food and eats pretty much everything, which I am so grateful for. - Outdoor: They have an amazing garden, which is quite rare for London. The kids love the mud kitchen and the wooden house. I am so grateful for everything Peques did for us and I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

We have been part of the Peques family for almost 8 years now, with our eldest attending since he was 11 months old until he started Reception, and our little one currently on his third year at the Fulham Broadway site. We first chose to visit Peques based on their bilingual credentials as well as their large outside space, but there is so much more to it! To start with, both staff and management are incredibly dedicated, so warm and caring, highly skilled, so sensitive to each child's needs. So much thought and work goes into organising the various daily activities -- indoors and outdoors --, always geared to improve areas of development based on observations of a particular child at a given point. Each age group has Spanish and English speaking practitioners ensuring that children are efortlessly exposed to both languages, as well as Mandarin! And once weekly children have the opportunity to practice yoga, which improves their body flexibility, strength and coordination, as well as encouraging concentration and mindfulness. Children are also encouraged to think independently, and become independent, this is apparent at meal times - serving, eating, tidying after themselves -, and as they get ready to go out - putting on their coats and shoes -. In addition, children's education and active participation within the community is enhanced on several offsite visits to local shops, parks, fire station, library, the zoo, museums (to learn about space), street markets (to learn about healthy eating habits), elderly home (to sing charols at Christmas time!), even to the local recycling facilities (to learn about environmental awareness). And all of this whilst having so much fun!!! My children have never once complained about going to Peques. On the contrary, only yesterday I was welcomed by a "Mummy, why are you so early!" In my opinion, by the time they reach school, Peques children are not only prepared with letters and numbers, but also confident, open, well-rounded tiny people, able to think for themselves (mostly!) and ready to create new relationships wherever they go.

My son attended Peques nursery for 2.5years. Peques is absolutely unrivalled in how fantastic a nursery it is. Peques’s true strength, and what really sets it above and beyond any other nursery I’ve seen, is their staff. The staff are so kind, warm and loving with the children, it feels like a family, and you can see the children feel loved and appreciated individually. The Peques teachers are all highly qualified, and are continually working on staff development. Peques is a bilingual nursery and children are taught in Spanish and English, as well as some Mandarin for added value! During his time at Peques, my son went from knowing no Spanish at all, to being able to communicate very well with his Spanish teachers. He also retained quite a lot of Mandarin. The children learn through play and fun, and are taught to enjoy learning. The nursery introduces the children to new learning themes all the time, and the teachers really are amazingly creative when it comes to finding new and exciting ways to teach the children (upside down writing, building an addition machine are just a few examples). Oh, and they even have yoga! They have done a brilliant job at preparing the older children for school. My son learnt all his phonics at Peques, can already read many words, and loves math, which stood him in very good stead for starting school. The children have also been taught many practical things, such as road safety, how to use non-plastic plates, and are encouraged to change their own clothes, serve themselves at lunch, put away their plates and food etc. The nursery also organised regular progress meetings, and acted immediately upon any issues I raised. Parents are kept up to date with progress via Tapestry, newsletters, as well as onsite information boards. Peques also organised all kinds of activities for the family, including workshops on all kinds of topics such as literacy, sports, Chinese new year, where parents can come and join in. The food served to the children is all cooked on site, made from fresh ingredients. The menu is diverse and healthy, and very nutritionally conscious (actually far better than most school menus I’ve seen). The nursery also has great outdoor space, with a lovely garden that's even equipped with a mud kitchen for the children to play in, which is known to help boost the immune system. For me, the most important thing about Peques is the amazing warmth and love the staff have for the children. They really are some of the most devoted teachers I’ve ever come across, and truly make the children feel loved and cared for individually. The Manager is absolutely amazing, truly one of a kind, and hand picks her staff such that the entire team at this nursery are wonderful, and all adhere to the same ethos. My son has just recently started reception, and I can already see that Peques did so well in preparing him for school and making sure he had all the necessary skills to settle in well, educationally and physically, but more importantly emotionally. Pay this nursery a visit, you truly won’t regret it, there is none other like it!

My son has been at the nursery for over a year now and loves going there every morning. The teachers are amazing, and on top of that, he is learning English, Spanish and Mandarin simultaneously. The food is all prepared in house from fresh produce and the nursery has an amazing garden for outdoor play. I totally would recommend it!

I have had the opportunity to take son to both of the nurseries in Fulham and they are equally outstanding, like no other nursery I have ever seen in my 8 years of experience working in nurseries. The food is incredible, the staff goes the extra mile to help support us parents and are incredibly loving to all children. I highly recommend Peques.

All the staff at Peques in Fulham Baptist church are warm, friendly and caring. We have visited lots of nurseries and this was by far the nicest in terms of staff caring for the children. Both my children have been going for a year and really like all the workers and have a good bond with them. The space is quite restricted as you might expect in central London but staff take the children out to the local park, the patio and allotments on site. My 4 year old english speaking daughter now can sing songs in spanish and mandarin. She also generally can understand spanish now. She has also progressed well with social skills, making lovely friends and can write and carry out other skills as part of her development. They are always organising lots of social acitivites for children and parents such as the annual summer bbq. I would thoroughly recommend Peques nursery if you are looking for a warm, caring environment for your child.

Both my children have been to Peques, now my son is leaving to the "big school" and we are moving away from London so we will leave Peques but will always be remembered as a lovely happy place where my children were loved and taken care of. Wonderful staff, Ester, Pupli, Unnati, Paola, Paula, Oscar, Laura, Ines, Cristina... great team.
