Fantastic nursery with a very personal touch for each child. I couldn’t wish for any better care for my daughter.

My daughter loved every minute of her time at PGN since she started there in February 2017. The space is great and so imaginatively decorated and used. The staff are wonderful, they create a deep bond with the children and have a great sense of their development over the years. PGN is also great at keeping parents in touch with what's going on, and are always willing to go the extra mile if you need to discuss things further. A warm, secure, friendly, family environment - my daughter (and I!) will miss it hugely!

I am not usually one for writing reviews, but my wife reminded me that a Google search was exactly how we came across such an amazing nursery. Our daughter has been at PGN since just before her 1st birthday and is now leaving to start school. We couldn’t have wanted for a better, more inspiring place for her. The management and staff go above and beyond, and she has thrived and blossomed whilst at the nursery at every stage. We would highly recommend this nursery, both for the level of care but also the community spirit that comes with it. We honestly couldn’t be any happier with the experience. I am in no doubt that PGN will continue to thrive in the years ahead.

Our son attended PGN for 1.5 years until we left London when he was 2 and a half. I wish we could have packed up the nursery and taken it with us. He really enjoyed his time there, always learning something new. His days were always well structured with a fun and balanced range of activities - football in the park being his favourite! The nursery has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are really what makes it special. They were so kind & caring - we really felt like they loved our son as if he were their own. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This nursery is operated like a business with profits in mind ahead of child care in my opinion. I understand that registering fees are a thing of the norm however I feel that these fees should be justified. When I challenged why the fee (which they mentioned was non-refundable) was in place, I was advised that every nursery has a registration fee. I knew that this was the case however all other nurseries provided a valid reason as to how they price their fees and Parsons Green Nursery was unable to do this. They did mention that the waiting list involves a lot of work and the registration fee contributes to staff salaries however this is utter nonsense. A name, contact number and email address being added to a Word document is a simple task and we all know that unfortunately child carers are not well paid and a simple Google search will confirm this. This clearly is another company just following the path of others and introducing fees for the sake of it. They may well look after children well but I won't be sending my child here to test the waters. My first impression was they are more concerned with the profit and although it is a business, its very obvious that given the demand and their location, they are making money so I'm not sure why they feel the need to be greedy. I mentioned something directly to the principal in my email last week and I am yet to receive a reply. Let me be clear, it is nothing to do with money, it is principle. Bobby (a business owner)

Our daughter spent 3 years at PGN. We very highly recommend PGN nursery. We have been constantly impressed by the quality of the staff and the level of care. Premises are of high quality, clean and safe. Food is great and adapted to allergies or intolerance. Teachers genuinely care about children and develop them into well balanced, curious and self confident little persons. Kids are also well prepared for assessment sand entry to reception year. For reference, our daughter was accepted at Ken Prep. Once again many thanks to the whole PGN team for taking such a good care our daughter . Eric.

My husband and I were so happy that our boy/girl twins had their first schooling experience in such a warm, kind and nurturing environment. From the first moment they arrived we knew they were in the right place when the wonderful teachers took them aside and calmed little nerves and fears straight away. The daily activities were always so stimulating and I loved seeing the wide range on offer every morning at drop off. The space itself is spacious and light and there were regular outings to Hurlingham Park for football with Little Kickers, amongst others, which they loved. Our twins are quite different and I so admired the attention to each, as individuals, that was paid to ensure their best possible development. Miss Camilla is a wonderful owner/headmistress and has ensured the most fantastic team of teachers who we felt genuinely cared about each child in their care. We loved watching them bloom at PGN and were all so sad to say goodbye - but thanks to this wonderful team they were more than ready for Reception at that point. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I am an assessor for some of the incredible staff at Parsons Green and I really feel I need to express my sincere admiration for the whole team, from the Apprentices to Management! I have been assessing the learners in the nursery for over 4 years now and have seen some of them grow from apprentices/learners to senior and management level. For me as an assessor that brings me great pride and definitely a lot of joy, this however is not down to me by any stretch of the imagination, no, this is purely from the creativity and passion that stems from the nursery and its ethos. I have seen a huge turn around.. a massive improvement year on year and it ceases to amaze me, each time I visit the more wonderful things I get to witness. My learners are not just there learning the job, they are part of an incredible, hard working and child focused team. Recently I observed one of my learners and within the time I had been there, I watched the children engage in an activity which continuously extended their learning from start to finish, it got to a point where I thought, surly this cant get any better.... low and behold it did! Following the activity, I watch the children gather round in their places at circle time to show their friends their amazing artwork they had just completed, the children then appreciated each others talents and positive behavior by singing a bespoke song the nursery have created to praise their stars of the day (children who have been extra nice and courteous to their friends and peers, who have participated in activities and have just generally enjoying their time in nursery) It was then I witnessed a nursery transform from a lovely play area in to what I can only describe as a miniature restaurant. The children's tables were cleaned and pushed into positions to seat 4 or 6 children together for their sociable lunch. Pretty table covers, cutlery and utensils was put out on the table and a lunch time helper was allocated to help set everyone's place with a plate, cutlery and cup for their drink. The meals are all self service (with guidance from the team of course) but giving the children independence to serve themselves, make choice and manage their own food intake, again being guided and encouraged to try all of the available nutritious options, on this day they had a roast dinner, with chicken, potatoes and a selection of vegetables. The children are given positive role models who enrich their learning and demonstrate respect for each other which clearly is evident in the lovely nature of all the children who attend. The art work is displayed and is completely the children's own work, not a typed word in sight! for those of us in the childcare sector will understand the importance of this and the appreciation when it is done the correct way (just like how it was in PGN) Throughout the nursery, there is a relaxed ambiance, gentle music plays softly through the stair way as you transition from the baby room to the toddlers and preschool room. I cannot praise this setting enough and really do wish Parsons Green continued success for many many years to come. I most definitely would place my own child in the care of this amazing team (If I had one.... one day!) I guess I'd better hurry to put my name down (in anticipation) Well done to you Parsons Green Nursery you are ALL amazing!!!!

One of Fulham's best Nursery Schools with a really lovely, friendly atmosphere. The premises are stunning, light and airy and the children seem to have lots of fun. Both my children can't wait to go to there in the mornings, the Staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable and some of them have been there for years. We've had such a positive experience at Parson's Green Nursery.

We didn't have a pleasant time while our children were at this nursery - the main concern was over staff turnover, and poor breakfast service which was only served for 15 minutes between 7:30-7:45 making it very difficult to meet. The baby room is downstairs in this back-land in-fill building and I feel this room in particular suffers from very limited natural light which is important since the babies usually only go out for one walk a day - there are no photos on the listing of this dark room. When raising concerns, I also felt the manager handled situations incredibly unprofessionally and defensively and was not open to discussion.

I would highly recommend Miss Camilla and PGN. My child has just completed 3.5 years at PGN and we were so very sad to leave. It was a joy to see how happy our child was at PGN. The activities and teaching were fantastic and I loved having regular photos, updates and visibility on the App. PGN sports day and the Christmas and summer concerts were always high points of the year and the nursery put so much effort into hosting these events. The nursery is in a lovely bright building with a garden, but is also so close to the local parks. The nursery facilities and teaching are just one part, but the key reason why the nursery is of such a high standard is because Miss Camilla carefully recruits staff who fit with the PGN ethos. The nursery talk about the PGN Family and it really is like that, a team of devoted staff led by the wonderful Mr Daniel, who just adore the children and take such pleasure in looking after them and teaching them. The PGN team always go above and beyond to do their very best and nothing is too much trouble. It is obvious to anyone how happy all the children are. Over the years we always felt supported and Mr Daniel and the other teachers we had always made time to help and advise. Our child had the best possible foundation for starting school and we made so many friends along the way. Thank you to Miss Camilla, Mr Daniel and all the team at PGN!

Our daughter attended PGN from the age of 10 months until four. At first, I was worried about how she would settle in a nursery as we had never left her with anymore other than my family. Miss Celina & Miss Daisy straight away put my nerves at ease. She got a lot happier and less teary once she had settled in and was soon joining in play with the other children. Once she moved out of the baby room into T1 we started to see her confidence really grow and develop. PGN puts a lot of emphasis on helping the children learn to talk about their needs and feelings, as well as more traditional aspects like phonics, letter formation and learning the rules and boundaries of the nursery. Our daughter also started learning to do things for herself, such as putting her coat on. There are lots of activities like cooking, drama, French, PE and music. They are taken outdoors every day and encouraged to take an interest in the wider world. The staff are so creative and never seemed to run out ideas for new activities for the children. Kindness, good behaviour and progress are rewarded & she loved having the chance to be on the 'blue spot' or be 'star of the day'. One of the things we really liked about PGN is that you're kept informed about your child's progress through a recap of the day's activities at pick-up time plus regular parents evenings. Miss Camilla the principal & Mr Daniel the nursery manager are so approachable & were always available for a chat or to offer us helpful advice. Once she was in pre-school, her teachers Miss Nicci & Miss Djamela helped her become a ‘big’ girl & get ready for the next transition by talking about the routines at big school and using puppets to do role play. Together with the skills she'd learnt there, this set her up well for the transition to 'big' school. My daughter always speaks fondly of her time at PGN and of all the caring teachers she met there. There's a wonderful ethos to PGN and the staff are dedicated and absolutely lovely.
