My daughter settled in October 2019 and started in the baby room at this nursery in November 2019 at the age of 6.5 months old. As a first time mum , I am entirely comfortable with leaving my daughter in the care of the nurturing staff in the setting - the care from the staff in baby room is exceptional, she adores her key person and is always smiling on her arrival to nursery. At the same time as my daughter starting, the new manager joined the nursery and added wonderful changes to the nursery, we were offered a parents evening appointment which was very informative and gave us more of an insight as to our daughter's development at nursery, special occasions are celebrated throughout the nursery as a whole with all involved (we particularly enjoyed the dad's choir at Christmas). The nursery is a happy stimulating environment for the children and has a warm welcoming from everyone.

I wish there was an option to rate 0 or 0.5 !! I had an appointment for a tour at 2:00 pm and I have reached there on-time. Someone (I came to know that she is one of the teacher of the room that my kid was supposed to go , if I decided to enroll) signed me in and asked me to take a seat... No one showed up till around like 2:15 pm... (Had I been late from my side , would they have even allowed me still for a tour , I wonder) nothing was mentioned or spoken when I signed in ,that so&so person from Administration will come and give me a tour etc etc as a courtesy.. Nothing! After 15 mins, a lady from admin team comes and started giving me a tour... Very cold treatment and the teachers from the class related to my sons age were not at all friendly or not even an eye contact was made or a simple hi could have done too.. But nothing! I was really surprised to see a day care setting with such a cold treatment! Then no one even mentioned about Kids going out for garden time (I forgot too after being in shock for such a non friendly environment for little ones). After the tour, the admin lady simply went through the fee structure and that’s it! No one even greeted my son or spoke to him.. I wonder where the nursery manager was! If you want your child to thrive mentally and physically , please avoid this nursery!!!

Pretty good nursery despite its recent downgrade by Ofsted. There is a new manager there now and it has improved dramatically. The carers genuinely care about the kids and my two bounce out daily polite and relaxed. They aren't helicopter-parenting either, thankfully. Bit pricy but it is St Johns Wood so what do you expect?

I went to personal tour yesterday,ı liked very much where up to 2.years olds are -first floor, but second floor is very small for pre schools and looks exactly like community childrens center. The lady accompanied us to the door was not able even to lift the baby to sit on the horse toy properly she even çektirdik with Unease and she was in hurry to let us go helding the door for us not even letting me to help my daughter to wear her staff so we did it outside.due to this she got cold since yesterday.overall was not happy with the experience

I went for a tour of this nursey today. As soon as i sat down the lady brought out the price list, I was told that they offered the 15hr and that I would have to pay the difference, if i just wanted the 15hr they couldn't offer me that becuse they have alot of children and not enough staff, but no sooner was I told that, I was told that i probably would not be able to afford the difference because they have a different calibre of people who work in high paid jobs like J.P Morgan and that I should go down the road to the government funded school, i didn't get to look round the nursery because i was told that it wasnt fair because i wouldn't be able to afford the fees. I was shocked and when it sunk in i felt disgusted. Do not send your children to this nursey if you are working class, also got the impression that they are just a business making money and they don't care about you kids, stuck up, judgemental and snoty.
