Furniture Village Crawley

We had shopped in the Hove branch of Furniture Village in Autumn 2020 for a particular kitchen table. That branch did not have that table but told us to wait until the new store was opened in Crawley on Boxing Day 2020 as it was to be a bigger store. Lockdown prevented us from shopping in the new Crawley store until Monday 12 April 2021. On that very day we drove to the Crawley Branch for a 2:30pm appointment. We had been contacted by Steve Kithima a couple of days prior to our appointment. He was at the store ready to assist. With Steve’s expert knowledge we purchased a kitchen and a dining room table and the relevant chairs. Throughout the 90 minutes that we were in the store Steve was extremely helpful, attentive, patient and professional - a credit to the company. Thank you Furniture Village, thank you Steve Kithima.

Our sales consultant was Simone Lewis. We visited the shop on the 17/4/2021 and the service and tie provided was excellent.
