i did actually call for a mobile service at home but one of my cars were major repairs (bmw power steering rack replacement) so i opted for collect and drop for either the Ealing , perivale or Harrow garage. I was also told that using the garage service is much more efficient and fast so didn't really mind. wasn't aware of the body work garage they had so ended up getting a door which scrapped along a pavement fully resprayed and looking new, happy

Greenford call out , Found mecnitecs searching for mechanics in greenford and gave them a shot, toyota used for uber had a new set of tyres, tuning work to engine and full service , and they collected and dropped the car back within a day (24 hours)

I spoke to someone yesterday, asking them to come and check my car, as I am not able to move it due to the battery not functioning. He asked me to send them my address and he’ll come straight away - I live just around the corner. I got a call a couple of hours later, from someone else, asking me the reason why I’ve sent them my address?! I explained the situation again and she said she’ll speak to her manager to see what can be done. I’m still waiting for her to call back????

Would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely useless service, I was told they would send someone out to diagnose issue, then didn't show up for 7 hours, then someone shows up to take the car away, which was not agreed or explained in the call 7 hours previous, obviously not a mobile mechanic in any sense of the word. Would not recommend, in fact I would recommend anyone else.

Shameful Co.!!!!
I rang on Wednesday explained the problem with the Car & gave my Address for a visit. When I txt to query Arrival Time. I was txt back that someone will ring me straight back. I never got a call but gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I have rung again today to be told that someone will ring me back in 15 mins. I waited an hour & rang them back to see what was going on. I was then told that I should appreciate how busy they are. (If I treated my Patients like that it could have a detrimental affect on there lives!!!!)
Anyway I again explained the problem with the Car only to be told I need to find a Specialist Garage.
YOU COULD’T TELL ME THAT ON WEDNESDAY??
