In these times of a pandemic no social distancing is being imposed . The shop was full of people and when I spoke to a member of staff about this she was rude and unprofessional . This company needs to be more responsible. Try and avoid to care for your health

The products are cute, they're good quality. The customer service wasn't the best. I bought two items that were on offer, but I went to pay the items came up as full price. I told the lady where she disagreed. I showed her and proved her wrong. When the transaction was complete she left the items on the tills. The problem with this was that the items were closer to her, she didn't hand me the items and I had to reach to pick them up. The tills are quite tall. She was staring at me as I was at fault. She didn't know her product knowledge then showing me attitude... Disrespectful!

Got my ears done today for the second time here. I had Ilda today and she was amazing. Really informative and lovely which made it a good experience. Highly recommended her for anyone who would be nervous for getting ears done as she is very chatty and lovely :)

Very Unpleasant Staff at Westfield! Beware!
I went in to Accessorize to look at their fashion rings and was surprised to see a few XS small rings which fit me perfectly. I couldn't decide which rings I wanted to purchase so I grabbed three and decided to walk around and see what else they had in the store while I made up my mind. As i was looking at jewelry in other parts of the store I noticed one of the employees subtly following me around and standing around any of the areas that I was in. I was a bit bothered by this and so decided to walk to the opposite side of the store to see if she would still follow me there, and fortunately she did not.
After this, I decided that I would only purchase one ring, so i left the other two around one of the jewelry areas and proceeded to the till. The employee at the till was not the same one who had been following me, but as I handed her the ring I wanted to buy, she looked at me and demanded to know where the rest were. I was very confused and a bit taken a back by this, as I've never been treated like this in any store. I told her I did not know what she meant and then she proceeded to state that I had three rings and demanded that I show her the rest in a very accusing and unfriendly tone. I told her that I did not have any rings and she then proceeded to ring me up with a very sour and unpleasant face.
As I left the till, I noticed that the employee that had been following me around was standing at the front of the store by the barriers and I as i walked by her and through the sensors the sensors began to beep and she, of course, immediately jumped to stop me. I handed her the ring and the receipt and after looking at it, she demanded I show her my purse. I opened it and because i had my laptop in it and she couldn't see the other half of the purse so she told me in a very rude tone to move the laptop because she couldn't touch my purse. A couple of other employees came to help her and were much nicer stating that it was probably just the ring I had just bought. They still waved my purse and my jacket through the sensors and asked me to walk by it again and since nothing came up they finally let me leave.
I have never in my life been treated like this in any store and will definitely not shop there ever again!

Like Monsoon, Accessorize doesn't seem to have anything of interest for me any more. Things seem overpriced for not very good quality. Perhaps I am just getting old and jaded, but I just can't find anything I want to buy.

Beautifull dresses but unfortunately staff members are standing all over the place blocking the products I very politely asked them if I could get to the products they where blocking, they gave me evils moved about 1 step and kept chatting!!
