I was at this store on Thurs night and there was girl there with blond hair working and I was asking her questions about Go Food for my dog and she was absolutely rude to me the whole time and she was paying attention to her dog that she had at work I’ll not be going back to this store

We have two big huskies that go through bags of food pretty quick. Almost Everytime I go in Ren's they have 30lb bags of food at 50% off because it expires in a month. Great way to save money and the staff is very friendly.

Visited this store last night for the first time. Was so impressed. The manager on duty helped me beyond any other customer service I had ever seen in retail. She was outstanding and searched for a lid of the last dog food container relentlessly and still continued looking as I was leaving. She smiled the entire time and her attitude was so refreshing. Thank you and I will be back.

Absolute worst service I have ever seen only 2 employees with about 10 customers 3 dogs. One employee is hiding in the back room had to ask him to come out. He was rude about it... so I asked if he could show me what kind of battery I needed for my dogs anti bark collar. He insists that he doesn't know or have the tools to figure it out. So I ask would the cashier be able to help me ? He replies no cause she wont have the tools either. So why sell a product and the batteries if they cant help people who bought the collar/batteries at Ren's pets.

Sunday, may 19th 2019, 10:37am. My first visit to this store. I had to listen to the 3 employees at the front cash talk amongst themselves for the entire 30 minutes that I was in the store. The guy was particularly the worst, we all complain about work, our bosses and even customers, but not AT work, at the front door at max volume for everyone to hear. I felt like there was no supervisor on shift who desperately needed to reminds the staff that this isn’t recess. I counted about 6 customers in the store. They helped no one. They did great them when they walked in. But that was it. As a business owner, I would fire the guy, and train the girls.

Although the staff was friendly, the store did not impress me. There was a distinct odour stronger than what you expect at a pet store. Pricewise, it was competitive on certain pruducts but I wouldn't sing its laurels either.

Visited this place shortly after it opened because it is now the closest pet store to my home. Sadly they don't have a section for reptiles and I would have to go across the street anyway to PetSmart. I will continue to shop at Critter Jungle (who are amazing btw) even though it's a little farther away. Rens' staff was very friendly, hence the three stars

Nice clean place, bigger than pet value but smaller than petsmart. I dont think I saw too many products unique to the store but they do have the breed specific royal kanine food so il be going back for that.

It's a beautiful pet shops with tons of really nice pet merch, a little expensive but the quality of the items are great. Also has an excellent variety of dog food if you're dog has any allergies like mine.

To my dismay , Ren's Pets had its focus on everything else other than the fish market.
I found a poor selection of fish food (3 varieties).
I was shocked that they sell no pets, BV but only focus on items for dogs and cats mainly!
