Terrible service. Tried to book an inspection with this company. Got an error to say booking could not be completed and their website kept crashing. Decided to book with another company. Woke up this morning to 4 emails and some text messages. One telling me I had an unfinished booking and the others which booked me an inspector for the next day automatically. I messaged them telling them I had gone with another company and they tried bullying me into accepting the inspection. Erm.... how about no, it was nit booked. They told me never to use their services again. Erm... ok!!! Very rude people and their website software is terrible. They also took money from my bank account which is unacceptable. They need to fix their website ASAP as I don’t seem to be the only customer having this problem. I have an email now saying a refund has been done. I have screen shots of our conversation online to show how rude they where. Bad English language also, please if you want to trade in the UK speak clear English as it was difficult to understand them. Steer clear.

Well it's always good to check the car before you purchase, but it's better if you take to the garage.
The guy came down to check my car and said the aircon doesn't work and the front suspension is knocking over bumps. The buyer came down and showed him the knocks over the bumps it's a roof because it's a convertible and aircon was ice cold. The report was false you like it or not. You free to contact your customer and ask him. The car had other issues of course it's 9 years old, but these 2 fault you mention was just not true and very easy to check,very basic. My car is sold next day. Lexus is250c

On the recommendation of my dad l asked car examer to take a look at a second hand car l wanted to purchase, l went on line and was able to book an appointment the very next day, they said they would arrive at the seller location between 10am and 12 they arrived about 10.10am, they were very professional and friendly, the guy phoned me after he had written his report and explained in great detail all the the things he had found out, good and bad. I would recommend them to anyone not saw about buying a second hand car. Nothing but prays. A big thank you Car Examer.

Utterly clueless. Had a car inspection carried out by someone who basically does an MOT check. Claimed the clutch was on its way out only to be debunked by a specialist. Avoid if you want someone actually knowledgeable to carry out the check. Immensely rude customer service too.

James brown, from this company and others including Dorset first response and another car check company basically he's a freelance! He came to check my car for a potential purchaser, I checked the car before he arrived and had the local garage check the On Board Computer thing to ensure no errors, he looked around started it up then was in the boot where the battery and relays are I was trying to figure out what he was doing went outside and he said the ABS and stability control is not working, what the... I asked what did you do, he said these things just happen... do not let these people come near your car, maybe suggest the AA or RAC professionals, my BMW is in the garage now but I am not happy. we'll see what they say. don't trust people unless they're proper AA or RAC employees not freelancers

All i got was oops that was bit clumsy of me!! The customer did buy my car

Car in need of inspection (Ford Edge - SUV)
Thank you to Carexamer what a service, top class, the report was so in depth fully comprehensive, even the Ford showroom was shocked with the details of the report now they will be looking to fix all issue pointed out by Carexamer, they even took hes details (carexamer) in case they have anything near London that needs inspecting.
The car was was lot far from where carexamer are based paid extra than usual rate was worth every penny the issue that need attention would have cost 5x times what i have paid to carexamer, inspection fee paid for it self.
Highly Recommend them, i will definitely use them again!
