I went in to leave some donations,really heavy bag and really nice staff I want to point out. The manger told me donations have to be sealed because of virus.I went back home and sealed everything, then down to the shop again. A couple comes besides me, the girl decide to wait outside so I enter, I leave the donation and I hear the girl say " can I come in?" and the manager "yes, yes, come in" then she turns to me and say " You should wait outside because there are already 5 people in the shop" I was shocked and left. The volunteer are very nice there but the manager has been rude more than once. Also I agreed withtwith other reviews about prices have been inflated and shop looks very sad.

Dont like new woman, stuff is over priced, shop is a mess. saturday staff stand around and complain (and swear) music is terrible and too loud.
