Went in Sunday Really quiet, clean and tidy, great offers on books, good selection of magazines and stationary. Male member of staff really helpful as well as female member of staff that served me at the till point.

No C.S Lewis or anything else in there, seems to be more focused on pens etc anything of any else. Children's shelf id 5ft x 6ft with a 3ft bit on the end... this includes the teenage section. Not a place for a 9 year old Xmas present.

Go in every Saturday afternoon and i have a great and courteous shopping experience within the store the two boys that are often on the tills Liam and Ethan (or either one) provide a friendly chat whenever its quiet they always help me with what i need and if they cannot help me they have other staff that are always providing support. Also if you go in on a Saturday get a lucky dip on the Health lottery from one of those boys i regularly get a lucky ticket!!!!!!

Arnold shop.
Young girl on a Friday was very knowledgeable about GCSE searching for swotting books as she said she had sat hers last year ???? and wished my granddaughter good luck.
