One of the friendliest shops I have ever been too. Albeit it I went to lunch time and there was only a single person at the shop. I was very surprised that although the manager was busy running around on the shop floor, he gave he his full attention when he was able to. His colleague swiftly returned and helped me bind my dissertation in a jiffy.
Thanks a lot. These employees are real assets to the company ! Would recommend again to anyone.

I had a problem with my paper cutter as the circular blade was becoming blunt but I had no idea what its reference number was. The manager went to considerable lengths to obtain a replacement for me and for such a small item it was amazing that he went to so much trouble for me.
You really could not get a better service than this and as a Which member I do know about service. This was excellent John Bodemeaid

Michael was extremely helpful over the phone when I was looking to get my dissertation bound here. Ended up getting it bound elsewhere (somewhere a bit closer to me) but I was greatful for his time all the same!
