A cross between a shop and a museum! It has things you want and things you don't want.

Not given change, called a lair, really bad customer service. Was over charged just after Xmas too, didn't realise until I got home, went through customer services and all I got was an email no refund! Avoid like the plague, or use the self serve till as it actually has a degree of customer service

I like this store but as years have gone on it seems a little more cluttered with unnecessary products such as chocolates on offer and such, this store in particular seems to get duller as you get to the back, not sure why? Wouldn't stop me shopping here though.

Not very nice service today , got treated like a naughty pupil at school and spoken to in an unacceptable manner for not standing directly on the social distancing line on the floor near the till. The last time I'll set foot in that store again . Also I wasnt the only one spoken too like that.
