Delivery takes more than a week. I subscribe for repeat order but after 2nd order just cancelled. More than a week with Hermes??? Come on man!!! What a shame!!! 3.day to promised to deliver but it's still not here. U should change your attitude or shut the business as it unacceptable!!!

I bought a product and then I read the reviews, honestly, I was afraid of losing my money, but I didn't. I was very happy with the product. I placed the order on Sunday and it arrived today, Wednesday, everything is fine and everything is fine. I did send several emails to the company but they didn't respond, I sent about 5 emails. Otherwise, everything was perfect, fast and in good condition. Thank you

Absolutely awful! Ordered a ceramic dish for my cats. Company dispatched without any care or padding. Item arrived smashed to pieces. When I called their so called ‘fantastic my customer service I was treated with contempt. Avoid this company - so many others to choose from!

Sadly I can't give less than 1 star. Abysmal customer service, order sent to wrong address, replacement order raised for next day delivery but they didn't bother sending it out, was assured it would be sent the next day but still no sign of my order and according to the tracking the courier doesn't even have it yet. Got 6 dogs and no food left, will be an early trip to the supermarket!

As always it was great dealing with Pet Supermarket, their website is packed with loads of items for all our pets. The prices are very competitive and the speed of dispatch and arrival at my door step was excellent. Well worth a visit if you are thinking of purchasing any items for you beloved pets.

Twice now, I have ordered pet food worth £70 from here and the food hasn't been delivered for over a week. My pets have had to eat substitute food and the change in diet is not good for them. Repeatedly the blame has been put on the delivery service providers, and Pet Supermarket has promised to put the order on priority due to their good ups, yet they place the order on Standard delivery and food doesn't get delivered for a week and a half after the order is placed. Not once has the order been delivered within 2-3 days of placing it. This is appalling customer service and I surely will never order from here again. I would also advice other customers to not rely on these guys for their pet food as the pets are made to suffer due to their incompetence! Rounaq

Used to place regular orders for items for my dog and never had a problem. Recently though the items I usually order are constantly out of stock; this has led to having to shop elsewhere online at greater cost but at least I can get the items. Not sure what is going on with Pet Supermarket but its not good.

The service this year has improved tremendously after some bad patches last year.I have had excellent service with delivery the day after ordering the prescription food for my cat & now the web site says if the food is in stock.

This is listed as a pet shop - it isn't - it's a service centre - walked 2 miles here only to find this out when I get there - needs re-listing so it does NOT come under Pet Shops near EC1 in a google search!!!

I have used Pet Supermarket many times and have always been very happy with their service. I purchased some items recently, and had to send a dog coat (too big) and some hay (too stalky) back and they were brilliant. They arranged for a courier to collect from my home free of charge and refunded my money. I couldn't ask for a better service.

Terrible service. Items arrive damaged in split boxes. I had to wait a month for a refund for item Pet Supermarket sent in error. It took three weeks to even get a response to emails regarding the collection of the item and refund. When I did finally get a response, Pet Supermarket tried to blame me, saying they had been waiting for me to confirm a collection day. I hadn't had a single response to an email, let alone a request for a collection date! Not responding to customer emails is incompetent, but to then try to blame the customer is totally unprofessional, disrespectful and downright rude! I now use VETUK, who have so far provided fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Excellent service, great range of products. I regularly order Burns Penlan Farm moist food. My dog thrives on it! Just one niggling comment: the price of a box of six sachets has recently increased by just over 11% - from £9.89 to £10.99. However, it's still the best value around, and the customer service is second to none.

I can only give a poor review this time because my order took two weeks to be dispatched and the need was urgent. If I had a message to say sorry we are having a problem, I could have gone elsewhere for that particular item (Aloe Gel) when it was most needed but I kept waiting, thinking that it surely must arrive soon. When I rang up, the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful but I didn't get the promised call back. However, my order arrived quite soon after.

I bought 2 Danish Design waterproof coats for my whippets about 10 months ago which have worn really badly. They looked good and have some useful features like the detachable warm linings, but the Velcro stopped sticking on one very early on, I have had to repair, and now replace the elastic back leg straps and one of them tore very easily. My dogs are not large or young so I would not have expected to have to replace the coats so quickly. Contact with Pet Supermarket drew quite an impolite and factually inaccurate response, so I will be buying the replacement coats elsewhere.

Appalling service from pet supermarket! We have been a LOYAL customer for a very very long time with multiple family members all shopping with pet supermarket and sister companies and they have treated us horrendously! First mistake we accepted an apology / cancelled order and put it down to the new system issues they were having! Second mistake which was nearly 2 months after the first so we thought all would be well with the ordering system by now, it could have cost my dog his HEALTH AGAIN as we order a special renal food and I don’t take it lightly! After two maybe 3 weeks of not receiving my order I contacted pet supermarket and they were still having issues with the new system and were trying to revert back to the old system, this I have no issues with, the issue I have is the LACK of communication and disregard to inform their customers that they would not be dispatching orders any time soon, or EVEN have any of the items in stock! they took my money when they didn’t even have the items in stock Even after three weeks from order! Surely this is illegal let alone immoral! I could understand an everyday food treat item or toy but not to contact people ordering MEDICAL VETERINARY food is completely immoral and shows this company puts its profit margins before the health of its customers pets! I have lost all trust in this brand and its sister companies now and I have informed relatives and friends of my experience also. I have to say this company also has 3-4 of the leading online pet websites under its belt so please also beware as they are all fulfilled by the same dispatch centre and have the same low level of customer service! I have proof of all of my conversations with them recorded which I’m happy to make public as a member of their staff from their customer service informed me they have tried to get management to put a notice up on the website or email customers regarding this matter etc , which fell on deaf ears! I would AVOID this company and all of its sister companies , they show no respect for customers no matter how much you spend there. Utterly disgusted in the treatment I have received , there is no excuse for this level of disregard they have for their customers. ( even after forwarding a complaint via the phone I have still not heard anything! )

I have been a good customer for a number of years. I opened a tin of dog food to find this. All I got from Pet Supermarket was a £5 voucher for my next order and an e-mail telling me that I am required to report any faults within 14 days. Not sure how that is relevant to 48 tins of dog food still well within their use by dates. I have emailed them with my concerns and have had no reply. It is very unlikely I will use this company again and would not recommend them.

("AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY") This company used to be OK, delivery was followed up from an email confirming delivery, Dog food is a consumable, we paid for dog food that we go no email, confirming delivery, tried calling them phone lines not accepting calls, so sent an email cancelling order and requesting refund, 2 days later get an email saying order part shipped, oh and it wasn't the dog food the most expensive part of the order, The food is time sensitive not a dog lead, We want money back, Refund or we will take you to court.

My order was delivered in 4 days to my safe place. It was correct, the dental biscuits are for my 20 year old cat to keep her remaining teeth clean. The urinary biscuits keep my young male cat cystitus free!

Although I triple checked I had selected next day service ( my dog has IBD and can only eat hypo allergenic food) their website processed it as free delivery. When it hadn’t arrived I called them and they said it was due to leave the warehouse that day, and they would make sure I receive it by tomorrow. When I didn’t receive it they said for some reason it didn’t leave the warehouse. Now I have to go out and buy the same pet food, from the vet, at twice the cost because my “next day” order placed on Sunday won’t arrive until Thursday. Discount prices are all well and good, until your purchased food doesn’t show up and you end up buying full price as well. I won’t be using Pet supermarket again.

I have used Pet Supermarket for a few years but this last order was a nightmare. The order took over 10 days to be delivered (it was flea treatment Iwas waiting to use) Customer service never bothered to reply until I sent an email of complaint. Absolutely appalling service.

Do not order from this company ! I ordered flea capsules that I had to chase up with them . They advised Hermes delivered the parcel on the 12 th . I had to then ask for a tracking number as not provided on the previous email . They use the one if the worst courier companies Hermes ! I am now out of pocket and having to make another order with another company , I will check before I order what courier company they use . I was advised to fill out a form so they can investigate with Hermes but what is the point ! I’m fuming

Incompetent and unresponsive service. Items never arrived as promised and ignored my request to cancel the order and have my account refunded. Ordered cat litter and had to follow up 2 working days later only to be told that it was out of stock but will replace it with a similar product and will have it delivered by the next day. Items did not arrive as promised and when I finally rang they said they couldn’t trace the delivery. I told them to cancel my order and a few hours later I received an email to say my order is on its way. After 4 emails and 4 phone calls and a week of waiting, I will never order from them again.

Have used Pet Supermarket for a few years and they were great, However, My last couple of orders took over a week to be delivered even though I have Premium Delivery Option. Such a shame as PS gave an excellent service before the delivery problems. I'll only be ordering non urgent items from them now.

I have been a loyal customer for years but they have now lost me. Delivery not received, email notice not given of delay, took 45 minutes for someone to answer their phone line and when I sent an email enquiry the reply was it would take up to a week to reply to my email. Extremely poor service - I will take my custom elsewhere.
