I am so glad i discovered this shop! The staff is soo friendly and its well stocked. For a small shop its great, has so much variety.
Way better than Peefer pet shop in ealing, the main lady who is the manager is mostly rude and everything is over priced.

Fantastic to have a local pet shop - big but - staff sullen and unhelpful . Just bought some over priced weed for goldfish and watched as the assistant picked out the three smallest and raggedy bits. Not which ones would you like. I want to support local shops but really make it easy and smile and offer a service.

I like this pet shop. I always find the staff, particularly the owners, to be very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They have a good mixture animals for sale, including snakes, tortoises, Guinea pigs, tropical fish and gold fish. They all seem to be properly cared for in the shop, and the fish I have bought from here have always been healthy.
They also have a really good selection of foods, supplements, toys, etc. for your pets.
There is also a dog grooming service at the back of the shop which always seems to be busy with lots of happy dogs and owners.
The shop loses a point only because it needs a bit of a tidy up and some decluttering. But that's not a big deal and doesn't affect the shopping.
Definitely worth a visit.

This is a refreshingly quirky pet shop. The people running it are very honest about the products and will help with decisions happily. There is a dog grooming salon around the back and the fish tanks are nice to look at. They are situated in Chiswick's most trendy street, Devonshire Road. Look out for their cat (hiding from visiting dogs) on the high shelves.

Lovely place that's actually bigger on the inside but found no reptiles or rabbits in the cages but could of came at the wrong time, overall the guy working there was very helpful and informative and I will be visiting soon.

One of my favourite stops as I'm passing on Chiswick High Road. There is a big selection of beds and foods to choose from and the shop is always happy to help order specific food in.
The toy section is splendid, I'm particularly partial to the selection of rawhide items that tempt me (although the human annoying insists we put them in a bag and wait until we get home).
There is a good but small selection of leads and collars, all reasonably priced.
There are also good for cats (yuck), birds, fish and small animals such as rabbits.
I usually get treats at the cashier too (humans dont seem to give each other treats at cash tills; I knew us dogs were smarter).

We get our dog 'cleaned up' at Chiswick Pets and we (my wife, the dog, and I) love it - it's very well-priced and you get a lovely-smelling pooch back at the end of it. Highly recommended.
The pet shop is lovely as well - the staff are extremely helpful and they've got a lovely cat that sits on the till. Full marks.

It is slightly dirty however the staff defiantly know what they are doing and look after the wide range of animals very well. I think my favourite time to go is christmas because they have lots of christmas related pet toys which all my animals thoroughly enjoy!

If I had my way I would give no stars but then I cant write a review. I took my dog in for a groom omg big mistake. When i went to collect him the young girls in the groom room were in a rush to get rid of me and couldn't get my dogs coat on quick enough. I thought nothing of it i got home and to my shock horror when i took hes coat off he was in a right state. Uneven fur shaver lines on his side and back long hair missed and bald patches here and there. His thighs were skind back to pink with long hair that was missed. I am so upset and very angry that I trusted these people to be fully trained in their job how wrong was i. Dont take your dog there unless you want them butchered.
