The service is just so good. We have relied on it for many years, first with our cat, Minou, that unfortunately died of old age at 17 years old. Now with a new young version, Chloe, and the same service is just perfect. Sometimes last minute holiday and CDPM is able to take care of our cat. Thanks again, just such a professional service.

We are so pleased we found CDPOM as our cat, Lucy, was so distressed in the cattery.
We have been using their services for several years now and have always found them extremely reliable and we are always confident that Lucy is in safe hands. From their reports, she seems to enjoy their visits and always looks well and happy when we return home.
In addition, they always ensure that the house is left secure and how we left it. We would highly recommend them.

So reliable, I would highly recommend Louise and her Cat visiting service. Going away can be quite stressful with cats, as they don't like the disruption of being moved elsewhere, or having strangers in the house. After trying a few things, I realised home visits is really the best way. It was hard to find a reliable service at first, after a few issues in the past, so CDPOM was a godsend. Louise has been looking after my cats for over 10 years, and she has removed the stress out of travelling, as I know my cat will be in good hands with her. Thanks Louise!

CDPOM/ Celebrate Pets are a great bunch of people. They have been looking after our cat for just about every period away from home for the last five years, from single days to a couple of weeks. They are really great with him and no extra seems too large for them from watering the plants to putting the bins out. We always get a text from them so that we know visits have started and comprehensive reports on what he's been like when we're away. Cannot recommend highly enough, completely reliable and they love our cat. What more could you want?

Louise did a great job grooming our cocker spaniel, Oliver. She was also extremely friendly and accommodating, working Oliver into her schedule quickly when he really needed it. We just moved to London from the US and are happy to have found Louise for grooming. Also extremely helpful that she can come to you!

I have been using Louise's mobile grooming service for the past year and she always provides an excellent service door to door. Even though she is not local to me, she always comes on time, does an excellent job grooming my two dogs and they love being pampered by her - highly recommend!

Louise and all the team at CDPOM have been amazing. I have used them for many years to look after my dog and the team obviously love the animals. They have helped me out at short notice and also kept Molly for longer when I've been delayed. Louise also house sits which give me peace of mind that someone is around when I'm away and less stressful on Molly. Thanks again and cant recommend highly enough.

It was the worst experience my cat ever has. I had made four grooming sessions at other salons before so I was pretty sure that everything will be fine. Mila (my cat) is very calm and compliant. After Louise's work, my cat's haircut doesn't look neatly but it isn't the main problem.
During the grooming session, Mila was so noiseless, but after we back home I noticed that her belly was bleeding. I immediately wore a bandage on her (I urgently bought cat recovery suit for abdominal wounds or skin diseases). Now she feels better but two weeks ago it was a disaster! I'm really disappointed.

I would never trust this couple (Louise and Roger Wilshire) to look after your pets. They are both just in it for the money, and I know 100% they hardly have any contact with the dogs that they have on their books. They leave it up to their staff, and because they have so many 'clients', the dogs only get a 45 min walk before you have to move on to the next dog. Never trust Christmas time with your cats either. Their are no staff working, so Louise "the cat/dog lover" spends no more than 10 minutes in each home! Please really, really don't use this company. Only one that had any real feelings was Madeley. Absolutely lovely, lovely lady from South Africa

As a customer for 9 years and a regular traveller, I was initially pleased with the service provided. However, in the last couple of years I have been doubting that my two cats have been looked after properly and with due care when I have been away. I have often arrived back home to find indications of my cats having been stressed and visits possibly not having been daily. I have not once received a photo of my cats when I've been away travelling. This is free to send on FB Messenger and WhatsApp, so there's no excuse for not doing it, and it has led me to doubt that visit were taking place daily. The fact that Louise didn't even knock on my door to meet me in person when she recently came to return my keys although I was at home says something.

We have been using CDPOM for almost 3 years now for dog walking and dog care whilst on holiday and we couldnt be more pleased with the service. We have a German Pinscher, which aren’t the easiest of breeds, and Louise and her team have looked after him incredibly well and Rolo loves his walks and time spent with her and the team. Although the stays are a little more expensive than kennels it is very well worth the extra expense to get such a better service and Rolo is infinitely happier. Louise and her team offer an incredibly professional service and I would recommend them to anyone.

We found Louise and CDPOM through a personal recommendation when we rescued 2 dogs. Being elderly rescue dogs they needed particular sensitive care. We could not be happier with the attention and care our dogs receive from Louise and her team. They go out of their way to understand the needs and personality of each dog and adapt their services to suit. It has been brilliant to know we can trust that Louise and her team will look after Chewbacca and Doushka as we would.
We also use Louise for grooming and again she's been brilliant - particularly Chewbacca is a difficult dog to groom - he hates a bath and is determined to just lie down - but Louise has always been so very patient with him, even if that means his groom takes twice as long as it should - and he always looks amazing afterwards. I highly recommend Louise and her team for both dog walking and grooming.

I texted Louise on Monday and had planned for her to come by and groom my dog on Friday morning. On Thursday she sends me a message asking me if she can come on Sunday instead. I told her I would be out of town and that I needed the service as planned on Friday because my dog was getting matted and it couldn’t wait. She then responded saying ‘she didn’t like my tone’ and that I should’ve gotten my dog groomed sooner. Terrible service, I would never trust someone like that with my dog.
