The staff are rude and just don't take the care with their customers.
Recently l slipped and fell down at their entrance shop in churchill square,due to a wet iron grid that lay across the floor to their entrance.
The staff ignored me and left me feeling dazed ,due to me falling.
After about 5 minutes, one of the customers helped me up. I then realised that my right foot was injured, as l was in pain,not able to walk. It was then the manager approached saying,we have coverage of the incident on CCTV camera,you were only laying on the ground 5 seconds and not 5 minutes. He went back to his office.

Very friendly and helpful. Good money saving book offers. Though being close to end of service times, I was at no moment given the impression I need to hurry. All questions were dealt with in an appropriate way. Thanks to the male shop assistant putting my focus on the 'Peter James book section' - you should be awarded 'staff of the month'!

Price markup is odd in there. Nice stock. Staff don't really approach you and ask you if you need any help. Built in post office if you need that service it's there for you.

got escorted off the premises after a particularly heated debate with the lady on the checkout about the best flavour of crisps. Once outside the store I used a long stick with a tenner taped to the end to finish my transaction. Very accommodating even if Joanne thinks salt and vinegar is a better flavour than cheese and onion

Great Smith's! Tucked away in the shopping centre, doesn't look much from the outside, but soon opens up when you go in. All your stationary needs in one store as well as a post office and board games section. Also great for a book.

This is a pretty big WHSmiths so you can find most of the stationary you are looking for here. Prices are fairly low as you'd expect from a large chain. There is also a post office inside which is very useful.

I pass WHSmith in Churchill square everyday, they have recently refurbished the inside and are currently working on a new store layout outside too. The staff are very helpful and polite, they greet me everytime I enter the store. There is a wide range of products and offers here, in a central location and easy access to other stores within Churchill. Thank you for the staff for making every trip worth while.

It is having work done on it. Over 2 floors it has cards, magazines, books and general stationary stuff. There is a post office and this gets busy so if going here be prepared to wait or get there early. It opens at 9am.
It does many products but it is not a specialist at any 1 product.
There is a lift and an escalator and stairs for access to both floors. The other entrance/exit is in the shopping center.

Huge store - 2 floors. Had everything I was looking for including a big selection of notebooks and lots of stationary. There is also a post office inside.
Full stars because there are a bunch of self serve checkouts, which means less waiting time.

Excellent service from the post office, at a busy time of year when people and packages can get out of hand the staff were on it. Patient and clear with details and prices, no hidden payments and some decent 3 for 2 offers from WHSmith.
Cliff that attended to my mix of letters and packages couldn't have been more attentive, even adding some tape one of my packages that looked like it needed some extra. Definitely would return for any postal needs!!

Fantastic store as they had every single magazine you could possibly want or need, great display of books & self serve tills should you not wish to wait in the sometimes long queues!
The store is set over 2 floors with an escalator down to the Post Office and books which leads straight into the shopping centre, upstairs is the stores main door & the magazines, cards & a limited sandwich, drink & chocolate/sweets range with the self serve tills on both floors.

Nice, modern things to buy. Bit overpriced. They sell airpods if ur looking for some. The staff are a bit too strict though. Me and my friends were tying our laces and got told to stand up because "we could damadge equipment", bear in mind we were not near any "equipment"

Great variety of stock. However, you can really see the lack of enthusiasm from lots of staff. Particularly a girl with long dirty blonde hair. I asked her to where the folders are and she simply grunted and scarpered away.
