Such an incredible experience at Venture studios! The photos are not only the highest quality I’ve ever seen before but the staff are so kind and supportive and in my case patient. It wasn’t only just taking a photo it was the whole experience, it was first class treatment! Very happy! Highly recommend!

I bought a newborn session voucher from the advertising stall at the Mamas&Papas event at £25. This was a gift to my sister. I explained to the salesman at the time that we were looking for a large wall photo around 28x30inch. The salesman advised that the cost would be within our budget of £500.
The photoshoot went very well and was invited to a viewing session.
After we explained to the photographer (different one from the shoot) our budget, he completely shut us down. Decent size photo's to fit a fireplace were £1500+ . Photo's smaller than a A4 size of paper started from £600.
Although the original photographer was very nice and pictures were beautiful, the prices and vouchers are very misleading. Price of photos are not discussed before the photoshoot.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Was given a voucher for a session with my little boy. Was charged a booking deposit, then they kept wanting to delay repaying it, quoting T&C's, when I checked them there was no mention of a booking deposit at all let alone when it is returned. I wanted to buy more than 1 photo so the *cheapest* option was to buy the USB stick with 26 images for £300! Which apparently was even half price! You get locked into a photo session with a threat of cancellation fee, then you get locked into a viewing session with a threat of a cancellation fee. If you need to move (not cancel!) your viewing appointment you forgo your complementary print (WHY?)
And to top it off the hair and make up was awful.
I actually feel sorry for the photography graduates that have ended up at this commercial conveyor belt.

Absolutely appaling customer service no mention of a cancellation fee at time of booking and the photographer conveniently calls you 4 days before the booking and not the 5 days that's required and then your charged a £25 fee. Dont book with these people
