We wanted to get professional family photographs and on recommendation from a family member we chose to have our photographs taken with Reflection Studio. From the very start we had a very warm welcome. The whole experience was excellent. We were never rushed and all the photos were taken with care, compassion and enthusiasm. The end product was amazing and as a family we were amazed and very happy. Both the professional service and the great customer service we recieved made our whole experience a pelasent one. We booked Reflection Studio for our Wedding in July 2015. We booked based upon a prior visit to their Studio based on Melton Road in Leicester. Upon visiting we were wowed by being shown a trailer of a Wedding they had shot, however this does not reflect by any means the quality of the work they offer, as we have sadly found out. After they had attended to capture the events they were booked for, we were given unedited low resolution videos which we then had to review, and then provide them with the edits that we required. Frustratingly we accepted that this may just be the way they work, however edit after edit, further issues were introduced due to the lack of professional editing skills. During one of the visits to choose the soundtracks for the videos, I was shocked to see that the songs were being ‘ripped’ from YouTube and then being applied! We were even more shocked when we received our Wedding Video, which we were assured that this was provided to us fully unedited due to the fact customers in the past have queried why certain parts of footage were missing. According to the contract we have paid for a fully edited product, not for us, the client to edit the product for them! Nearly 3 years after the wedding we still don’t have our final product, despite numerous attempts to have it finalised. Their attempt to provide us with a finished product, resulted in a random zoom in of a face layered on top of the main ceremony for a few seconds! Surely, if this would have been quality checked it would have not occurred. Other issues such as colour differences throughout the video on one camera; for example on one camera – a garment would be in it’s original colour, Orange, and then on the second camera, it would appear bright Red. We have been told this is is due the exterior lighting. Funnily, this issue became apparent only when we told them to fix the brightness of one of the cameras, as on the day they had both been setup different, or to use different colour temperatures to capture our event. The need for constant chasing, delays and excuses brought on further frustration. They also managed to damage a photo album during production which we had paid extra for. They agreed to repair it and somehow made it worse by chopping down one of the corners short, and the weak adhesive used is currently making the album fall apart. This is just touching the surface of the issues we have had. I would strongly suggest that you avoid by all means, pay a bit extra and get the quality you deserve on your big day. We have had 3 events in the family post booking Reflection Studio, and none of the other photographers operated in such an unprofessional manner; most importantly within a few months after the events had finished, we had the final, professionally edited product, with minimum interaction required – the way it should be! Worth noting the following companies were both disolved by completing a search on Companies House: Company number 08179868 - REFLECTION STUDIO LIMITED Company number 08981333 - RECIPE & SPICES LIMITED Post Wedding, after communication had died down from Reflection Studio, we had heard from a source that the operators had interests in a Catering business. This raised concerns. When they were confronted, all knowledge was denied, when it is now apparent (from the above) that their interests lay elsewhere; significantly impacting the clients of Reflection Studio.

Me and my husband had our pre wedding shoot done by Reflection studios on the 19th May 2018 and can I say Jatin was absolutely amazing and so professional. His creative ideas and fun shoot made the entire day just perfect, and having seen some of the pictures I am totally blown away of how they came out. I would highly recommend Jatin for any wedding or events as you won’t be disappointed! Jyoti

Zero stars from me. My original review was deleted. Very unprofessional. Took lots of money but picture quality was very poor. Total waste of time and money.
