Artisan X Wedding Photography

Thank you, thank you, thank you Chris!!! I'm so glad we chose Chris to be our wedding photographer. To say he was amazing all day would be an understatement! I'm not a particularly posy person and I'm quite awkward in front of a camera but I felt Chris picked this up quickly and was brilliant at telling me what to do. At the same time he was constantly cracking jokes making tme feel at total ease and got some lovely natural shots. Me and my husband both got on with Chris really well and when we went to have the photo shoot on our own, away from guests, it was one of my favourite parts of the day. Chris was so comfortable with us it was like doing a photo shoot with one of your best friends. We were non stop laughing. You could tell that Chris was a very experienced wedding photographer and now since the wedding I've come to realise how important that was. He knew our venue well and had so many ideas for amazing shots. Not only was he our photographer but he constantly gave us updates on what was going to be happening next, where people needed to be etc. Almost like a wedding coordinater, I really didn't expect a photographer to do that, but Chris did and it made our day even smoother. Even my dad and other family members commented on how good he was pre-ceremony and it really eased everyone's nerves. We were so impressed with our photos and surprised with how fast we got them back. Chris sent us a bunch of art-worked photos the day after the wedding and then the rest of the photos were only a few days later. We have so many incredible photos, we are very happy. Again we can't thank Chris enough for a perfect day! X

Loved it

We had a family photo shoot gifted to us, we wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked the 1 hour session with Artisan X Wedding Photography, particularly in the current climate! But Chris turned up to our house ready and raring to go! As the weather was nice, we decided to do the photo shoot in our garden, where Chris captured some really beautiful natural images. Chris worked hard to help myself and my partner “relax” into the shoot the best he could in the time frame given. One hour doesn’t seem long, but it’s certainly long enough to keep things running smoothly and natural without it becoming too staged and awkward! Chris did a great job, was punctual, professional and could tell that he just “loves his job” as he took his time and was patient when taking photos with a 4 week old baby in the mix! He wanted to capture the most perfect memories for us as a family and we can agree he did just that! We loved the photo shoot and would highly recommend Artisan X Wedding Photography! Thank you Chris, we look forward to receiving the prints we’ve chosen and look forward to the next photo shoot when she’s a little bit bigger! ????
