Great service, emailed for some advice and got an email within hours from Gail asking for a copy of my photo. She then carried out the editing work that I was after without me having placed an order. Even once my order was placed Gail was in contact with further improvements to see if I wanted them made.
Delivery was quick and the end product looks amazing, the frame is high quality and the picture looks great. Can’t wait to hang it and will definitely be back!

The single best customer service I have ever received! Had an issue with a print (no fault of pics2posters), spoke to Gail who arranged a reprint and then went the extra mile (literally!) to deliver the print personally to my home. What an absolute star, an incredible gesture which was truly appreciated. Wouldn't go anywhere else for prints in the future - thanks again!

I usually never write reviews but Pics2Poster really deserves one bevause their customer service is the best I have ever received!
Had an issue with a print, (no fault from pic2ppster) spoke to Gail who called me personally to understand how she could help. She was very professional and talked me through the problem explaining me why ot occurred and how shr could make it right.
It was so nice to speak personally with someone who genuinely wanted to solve the issue! She edited the picture and sent it back to me in few days at no extra cost! The photo I received were stunning! Exactly as I wanted them to be! I am so glad I have found you!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for prints in the future. thanks a million!

Really disappointed, the print quality is amazing but everything else let them down, my print turned up water damaged by the courier, it wasn't placed in a plastic film or anything straight into a paper envelope, I contacted them and was told this would get replaced (it never did :/) I also asked if they could shrink the imagine to fit as I made the error at the first point of purchase which they also said they would do but didn't. I have since had to purchase another print from another company it turned up packaged really well to stop the damage mentioned above for 1/3 of the price im disappointed because the print quality isn't as good. Long story short dont use this company as your expenisive prints will arrive damaged more often than not as they dont take the precautions to protect the item in the post and they don't replace it as ive experienced.
To who at pics2posters gets this I don't want the replacement I had to buy another after waiting a month to hear back or get my replacement all you can do now is refund my money which I doubt you'll do.
Avoid unless you like paying a lot of money for a print that arrives damaged

I don’t usually write reviews but I was REALLY impressed with the customer service standards of this company! I ordered a print in the wrong size so I just ordered the correct prints when I realised my mistake without contacting anyone at the company. I randomly had a phone call and it was pics2posters who had realised I probably just made a mistake and said they’d refund me the initial order. I couldn’t believe how nice that was of them. Such a personal touch to their service which saved me paying for my mistake.
The print I wanted arrived in 24 hours and the quality is really good!!
AWESOME company. Will be using again for my print needs!

So pleased with my wedding photos, i accidently chose cm instead of inches and when i called i spoke to a lady who sorted it out and i just had to pay the difference for how much the inches would have been. Picture quality is brilliant and excellent service. So glad i found this and the customer sizes they have will always be a returning customer because of the excellent service.

Paid £8.95 to this company on their website for a picture on the 5/4/20 and 3 weeks later I am yet to receive it! Feel like I’ve just been scammed... AVOID
Update 25/04/20: I still have not received my item, I’ve emailed their customer service team and I’ve received nothing but poor customer service, not even an apology for being a ridiculous company, as if it’s my fault they failed to deliver my item!!

This company doesn't get the credit it deserves. Cheaper than its rivals with identical picture quality and better customer service.
How often can you talk to an actual person these days rather than being put through to a call centre? Or being e mailed by someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. With Pics2Posters I get quick useful responses from Gail and any problems are quickly and completely resolved.
I've bought at least half a dozen canvas prints and several photo prints over the years and I've been happy with all of them. As I'm an amateur photographer there will always be more photos to enlarge so I look forward to the next order.

I ordered a frame and asked for it to be delivered a few days later. A day before I called up to see how my order was going and they hadn't been able to start it yet. They pushed it to the top of the pile though and I received it the next day! The frame is also perfect and exactly what I asked for. A special mention to Gail who was very kind and very helpful.

Ordered a large enhanced photo of my grandchildren. This came with a fault line from top to bottom about 2" from the right hand side. Emailed them and they sent a replacement print with the same fault line but running from left to right about 2" from the bottom.

Spent a long time looking for somewhere to print a one-off, large, high-resolution poster (including wasting time and money with someone else who messed it up).
This place is great, the website is excellent and made uploading the file and selecting options incredibly easy.
The result I received is great - very high quality print, and at a good price -- very happy!!

Sloppy service. Posted my order without a postcode! Needlesstosay I will have to wait for it to go back from post before it can be delivered properly! I was told this was a fast 3 day service. It is not. So far 9 days and counting!
