We recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Ashford and we couldn’t be happier! The team worked closely with us all the way through the designing process and were extremely helpful in working out exactly what we wanted/needed and how best to use our space. We were kept in the loop during the ordering and fitting and any questions were answered promptly so we felt we knew what was happening every step of the way. All timelines/deadlines were met and the quality of the finished product is amazing! Would not hesitate to recommend!

Our overall experience has been wonderful and we would like to say a big thank you to Stephen and his team for their patience, knowledge and responsiveness. We were sold on the first day we walked into the showroom, which is a combination of many beautiful kitchen styles and endless options for appliances and all little gadgets. We have made endless requests and visits which have always been responded to with positive attitude. Any questions and issues we had come across have been promptly solved and the overall customer service is just brilliant!
I certainly have a kitchen of my dreams and my only regret is wasting time looking around before we had found Ashfords!

We were really pleased with the service from Ashford Kitchens and would definitely recommend them to others. Stephen and the team worked hard to design and install the kitchen we wanted, taking the time to understand how we'd use it and helping us achieve our vision for the space. That personal service is probably one of the biggest differences from going with a big national retailer. The kitchen units and worktops are excellent quality and the service and after-sales service was good. There were a couple of things that we hadn't anticipated with the fit-out but the team worked really hard to find solutions that worked to make us happy. Overall, really great company to work with.

They gave us very knowledgeable and welcome ideas on kitchen design as well as style advice to go with practicality information for a young and busy family. They worked hard to use our budget to make our new kitchen dreams a reality. Nothing was too much trouble. Our experience left us with no doubt we made the right choice in choosing them with such an important decision.
If we had to make our choice again the only thing we would do different is not wasting time looking around! Our recommendation is to go with Ashford Kitchens & Interiors.

We moved into a brand new house which had an existing Kitchen and we wanted to make some alterations but did not have a clue what was required. We called Ashford Kitchens and spoke to Steve and explained what we wanted to do. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and know exactly what was required. He sent us a very reasonable quotation the same day so we placed the order. We were kept up to date with our order by Amy and everything was delivered on time.

From start to finish the level of service has been excellent. Steve took the time to discuss our needs before coming up with a design that suited the space and how we wanted to use it. Quality of the units and work tops is fantastic. The after sales service has been good with additional units added to the kitchen, blending in to look like they were part of the original design.

Ashford fitted a kitchen to my house in 2020. Stephen Flowers was exceptionally patient with me as the time form design to fitting was very long, due to good and bad reasons. The design process was excellent and very involving, with Stephen clearly listen to our needs and desires, but equally guiding us when needed with his clear and valuable experience. the design results were superb.
As fitting came nearer, my only concern was would the reality be as good as the design CGI!!
The fitting team were excellent, easy to have in the house and worked to a very high standard. Their knowledge was very clear and much appreciated. And why i worried about end result i do not know: the reality was better than the CGI. i was extremely happy with the end results. Good quality, well fitted and a pleasure to deal with in the process. Ashford followed up nicely as well, and some post fitting changes (all down to me) were handled calmly and quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Ashford to anyone seeking a great kitchen in their home.

A kitchen is a major purchase and the team at Ashford Kitchens were incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the options and making suggestions to make sure we got the end result that was right for us. The process of fitting the kitchen was very smooth and hassle free with attention to detail at all times. (And they kept an eye out for our cats!)
Ashford's are excellent value for money and we knew that the work was being done to a high standard. One year on, the kitchen still looks great and the fact that the layout and appliances are so much better than the old kitchen means that cooking is much more fun!

We found Ashford Kitchens to be highly professional in the showroom, the design and the workmanship and five years on our very stylish kitchen still looks as good as new.
Solidly built, this kitchen has been very well used and shows virtually no sign of wear and tear, which is quite extraordinary. The gloss white finish of the units is still perfect and the white silestone worktops are unmarked!
We would not hesitate in recommending this outstanding family business.

We have just had our new kitchen and bedroom installed by Ashford Kitchens and Interiors and we couldn’t be happier with it!
From start to finish the service we received from Ashford in Farnham Common has been brilliant. Stephen at the Farnham Common branch designed our bedroom and downstairs layout as we wanted an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and it works perfectly for us. All through the project they liaised with our builders and we honestly didn’t have to worry about a thing.

FAB, FAB, FAB! Why did I wait so long! Initially I was concerned about the spend (particularly in current times) however it has 100% proven to be an investment 2-fold. Firstly, it's undoubtedly added value to my house and secondly as we all know the kitchen is the hub of the house and now I have a really sociable space that works for our family .. everyone wants to be in the kitchen ... my children (both teenagers!) are now cooking meals themselves from scratch .. yeah! Ashford were brilliant form the start, helping us rationalise the options so that it met all of our requirements. The deciding factor for us was that their design service was streets ahead of a couple of other suppliers that we visited and really thought it through. The finished installation is top notch and they managed to work through the COVID lock down. When there was one very minor niggle it was resolved within a couple of days.. Highly recommend .

The commissioning of the equiment was carried out on completion of the installation by a very knowledgable engineer who also provided very usufull information.

We had a super experience with this local, friendly and highly professional company in Farnham Common. We love our new kitchen. Steve, Sam and Nick were highly collaborative in its design , listening carefully to our concepts and wishes and adding some great suggestions too. During the build, the two Steves were really knowledgeable and skillful in their trades. They were very diligent and meticulous throughout the whole process . In the office, the coordination and communications with us were both timely and really professional, with Izzy and Sophie providing a friendly efficient service and great project management from quote to installation. Thank you Ashford Kitchens! We are so pleased with our kitchen, it really is the focal point of our home and we love spending time there. We were so pleased with the service we received which made buying our first kitchen seem simple, from style and design through to fitting and after sales care. At each step it felt like Ashfords couldn't have done more. We spent a fair amount of time shopping around and decided that Ashfords couldn't be beaten for their top quality product and value of package.

We had some built in wardrobes installed by Ashford a few years ago and the service was so great that we didn't even look anywhere else when we decided to renovate our kitchen recently. Every person involved in the process from design to installation to accounts was friendly and professional; they truly care about their jobs and the satisfaction of the customer.
We started by selecting all the things we'd have if money were no object. The initial quote was a little beyond our budget so they worked with us to help us select alternatives that better fit our budget without feeling like a compromise and we couldn't be happier with the result. This process was quite straight forward because the quote was itemised and very detailed so we knew exactly what we were getting and where we would be prepared to make adjustments.
Everyone who comes into the house absolutely loves the kitchen, with the most common initial reaction being, 'Wow, that looks amazing!' We love cooking and we're so delighted that the kitchen has become the heart of our home.

Excellent service from start to finish. The shop team listened to what we wanted, offered advice and ensured everything fitted within our budget. Our kitchen was tailored specifically to our requirements and tastes and allowed us input when it came to design.
Steve and Steve who fitted the kitchen were absolutely fantastic. We have two young children who were on school holidays but S&S worked hard to ensure minimal disruption for them.
Ashoford don't do cheap and cheerful, and it shows. If you're looking for a flat-pack bargain go elsewhere. Attention to detail is everything and we really felt we had the personal touch.
The service we received was impeccable and we would not hesitate in recommending Ashford Kitchens to anyone looking for a great quality, bespoke kitchen for their home.

You can tell which companies that take care of their customers in how they deal with them if you have any issues.
Do date any minor faults have been quickly fixed by the team at Ashford, brilliant service highly recommended.
Stephen is also very good at giving advice on things that may or may not work in your design.
